A Month Later (April 20th)

It's been a month. A month since Sirius and I broke up. It's been killing me, but I've kept my head high. On the bright side, I'm officially Starfire, the 5th Marauder. We've been pulling pranks, but it's been hard with Sirius around. There is tension in the room as soon as he walks in. He tries to explain on multiple occasions, but I can't let him. He'll probably use the cliché phrase of 'She kissed me,' but I know better. I saw him kiss her back. Devil -no, I will not call her Angel. A lot of irony there-- is all over Sirius, but what confuses me is he pushes her away. Should I give him a chance? Snapping me out of my thoughts was Dumbledore, about to make an announcement.

"Good evening, everyone." Dumbledore started. We all just came to dinner. Tonight's the full moon. "I would just like to say that tomorrow we will be opening access to Hogsmeade again. If you would like, you may bring a date. Thank you." He finished. Girls giggled and boys groaned, but that included me. Lily and Opal were just staring at me. I raised my eyebrow.

"I would love to know why you two are staring at me that way." I said.

"Can we please go with James and Remus?" Opal pouted.

"We don't really know if you want us to go with dates, because of, you know..." Lily trailed off, obviously meaning Sirius.

"Oh, stop being so selfless and just go with them!" I exclaimed.

They laughed and said their thanks. I laughed and felt a tap on my shoulder. I turned around quickly to see Sirius, which caused me to scoff and turn back around just as fast.

"Saph...ire." He started. I kept eating,  my back to him. After a few seconds I turned around again, but he wasn't there.

"Okay." I muttered and turned back around, just to see Sirius sitting across me. "Bloody hell!" I gasped and looked down at my food.

After dinner ended, we walked to the Common Room. As we walked through the halls, there was a pull on my wrist. I thought it was Sirius. Turning around, I saw that it was a resemblance to Sirius. Regulus.

"You need something?" I inquired. "If you kiss me like Riddle did, I'll-" I was cut off.

"No. I won't kiss you." He chuckled darkly. "I was wondering if you wanted to go to Hogsmeade with me." He said nervously. I pondered for a moment.

"Didn't you say that you didn't fancy me?" I raised my eyebrow.

"I did. I just think we can help each other out. You're not with my poor excuse of a brother and I need some arm candy." He said. I saw his eyes move from my head to my toes. I crossed my arms over my chest and hesitated. As I was about to say something, someone spoke for me.

"No, she doesn't want to go with you!" The male voice screamed.

"I think I can answer for myself, Sirius." I said. He backed away.

"So what'll it be?" Regulus asked.

"Sure. I'll meet you at the carriages at ten?" I asked. He nodded with a smile. I smiled and left.

"Why'd you say yes?" Sirius screamed.

"Because you don't own me." I calmly stated. He was about to say something, but seemed to decide not to. I smirked.

The five of us are in our animagus forms outside where the Black Lake is, waiting for Remus to transform. A few minutes passed and it took effect. The big bad wolf I only saw in stories before now was standing in front of me. I whimpered. Here goes another night.
