Sapphire's P.O.V.
I was about to grab some cleaning materials until I realized that we're wizards, and magic would be most appropriate for this type of thing. I went back to their room and heard voices, so I listened as James slurred something about Sirius being in love.
"I think I am." Sirius murmured. Huh. Sirius is in love, good for him. I sighed, knocking on the door.
"Come in!" They said in unison. I stumbled into the room, tripping on a piece of clothing. I almost fell, but Sirius caught me.
"T-thanks." I said.
"Be careful, yeah?" He softly asked. I nodded, then remembered something as I stood up.
"Remember when you called me a 'clumsy bitch' in Potions?" I raised my eyebrow.
"Uh....y-yeah." He muttered.
"I can't believe that changed so quickly."
"We're best friends now." James slurred, again.
"What have you been drinking?" I asked James.
The others burst out into fits of laughter. He looked at me in mock shock.
"Nothing, Sapphire! How dare you think of me in such a way?" He put his hand on his chest.
"I don't really care, but please, don't talk to Lily like that. She'll go mad." James chuckled and nodded. "Anyway, you can clean with magic, and you don't need me for that." I said.
"Oh, okay. You can stay if you like." Sirius pleaded. How can he act like everything is still so normal? As much as I'm trying to do the same, I'm still hurt. And even though I barely remember yesterday, the events are beginning to come back to me. And they aren't great, let's leave it at that.
"That's okay. I have to meet the girls. See you later."
"Bye!" James waved. I walked to the Black Lake and found Lily, Opal, and Molly.
"Hello!" I waved and ran to them.
"Hi!" They chorused.
"How are you?" I asked.
"Great!" Opal said, for all three of them.
"Me too!" I chirped.
We got out something to eat from the basket and Opal handed me a cup. I set it down in front of me. (A/N: This is the cup song from the movie 'Pitch Perfect')
I began to move the cup rhythmically and sing, just to myself.
"I got my ticket for the long way round
Two bottles of whiskey for the way
And I sure would like some sweet company
And I'm leaving tomorrow
Wha-do-ya-say?
When I'm gone, When I'm goooone
You're gonna miss me when I'm gone
You're gonna miss me by my hair
You're gonna miss me everywhere, oh
You're gonna miss me when I'm gone."
I finished, setting the cup down. I forgot for a moment that the girls were in front of me."That was amazing!" Molly gasped.
"Tha-" I got interrupted by a group of people cheering.
"Who wants to see me take off Snivellus's trousers?" James screamed, smirking all the while. Sirius, Remus, and Peter cheered him on. Next thing I knew, Severus is in the air, upside down, his books thrown out of his hands. I walked up there.
"Put. Him. Down." I growled. "James, I thought you were better than that." I looked at him pleadingly.
"Leave me alone, bitch." Severus scoffed, still in the air.
"You don't want my help. Okay. Go ahead, James. I'm guessing Sn-Snivellus here is independent." I said and saw hurt in Severus's eyes, probably because I called him 'Snivellus' after these years. I walked to my friends and sat down, feeling dizzy. Because that's when I remembered. My dream. This was part of it. It was Severus's memory. My eyes widened. If this came true, what else might?
