A/N: YOU'RE ALMOST THERE!!!!

"Josh, Jessica, Lynn, Tristan, Cole,
is that everyone?"Alpha Demetre asks as he lists off our names.

Nodding our heads he continues, "Okay perfect. Now I hope you have all packed your belongings to bring with you to the Blood Shade pack, and said goodbye to your friends and family."

"I want to thank all of you for being extremely brave in doing this, it takes a lot of courage do help out another pack. Especially one that we have never encountered before."

"I will trust that you will all stay loyal to me and our pack, even though you are helping another. Blood Shade might be intimidating because they outnumber us, but we have better warriors. Do not feel as if you are lower than them. Prove that you are worth it, great warriors, and show Alpha Elijah why you are here today."

Thanks for the pep talk man, not that it's going to change anything I thought to myself.

"Are we ready to leave Alpha?" Beta Tom asks.

Demetre confirms, "Yes follow behind me, and we will talk through mind link in case anything goes wrong."

Taking off our clothes and putting them into put bags so that they don't rip as we shift. Josh and I don't necessarily need to do this because when we shift back into human form, we are already wearing the clothes we had on, but not a lot of wolves can do this, therefore we keep it a secret to ourselves.

With a nod of our heads, we take of jumping mid-air shifting into our wolves. The familiar feeling of my bones cracking and switching into place always gets me excited because I love shifting.

Being able to take in a new form that makes you stronger than what you already are, gives the best feeling in the world.

As I look down to my feet replaced by large black paws, I shake myself off and I hear my wolf Jordan, pop into my head.

Hey bítch I missed you.

Laughing at the greeting she gives me, I'm suddenly concerned about her. Jordan and I are very close. Almost as close as Alexis and I, but Jordan's always been there for me.

I missed you too, how are you? I ask

I'm okay, she responds, just been feeling on the edge lately. I don't know what it is but I've just been getting this weird vibe about going to the Blood Shade pack.

I know exactly how you're feeling I almost said.

We'll talk later okay? she says cutting into my thoughts, Now go back to Demetre.

Leaving my conversation with Jordan, I lightly trot over to where Josh and the others are standing. I take a look at everyone's wolf.

They're all beautiful wolves. With clean coats of thick fur, and sharp teeth that are made to rip throats out.

Lynn's wolf is a rusty brown colour with her bright green eyes and her wolf is an average size but slightly bigger because she is a warrior. Tristan's wolf is a gorgeous sandy blonde colour, much like his hair, and Cole's is dark brown with a cute light brown spot on is left eye. Both large wolves close to Josh's size.

Speaking of Josh, our wolves are practically identical, because we are twins. Both black glossy coats, with heavy fur. The only difference about our wolves is, I have a white line of fur that goes all the way down my tail until the end, while Josh has the same, but his goes across his back.

Let's go I hear Demetre's voice in my head as we take off into the woods sprinting.

The pounding of our paws hitting the ground is accelerating as we run through the woods. Beta Tom throws his head back and howls as we continue running, getting a rush of adrenaline from being together as a pack.

Staying in front of Josh I can here the thumping of his paws behind me, the pants and huffs coming from his large head, as hot air comes out of his nostrils, I can almost feel it on my neck.

We keep a steady pace, as we run for about an hour not stopping once until we reach our destination.

Slowing down, we reach a clearing in the forest. Looking around I see that some of the trees look worn down and very old. The bark clearly peeling off in dark brown strips and crumbling as time passes.

Sitting in beaten up grass, I intake large breaths, breathing in the fresh air while I wait for Alpha Demetre to say something.

I wonder if this is the spot we are to meet the Blood Shade pack. It doesn't look too nice, but it definitely can't be the border of their pack. Damn, someone want to water this grass, maybe pick a couple of weeds too.

I was told to come to this spot my Alpha speaks, Now we shall wait.

I guess we are staying in wolf form for safety reasons until they show up. Possibly if they show up. What if this is all a set up? An ambush maybe?

No, that's crazy. No one would do that, especially with some of the strongest warriors including an Alpha and Beta.

The sudden snap of a branch, causes all our heads to turn towards the noise, and take a fighting stance. I dig my paws into the ground getting ready to charge at the possible attacker.

"Tell your warriors to calm down Demetre, we're strictly here for business" a voice says from the woods.

Shivers shamelessly run throughout my whole body, seeping into my veins like a needle. The voice is so beautiful, deep and smooth that would cause any person to melt in a puddle.

What is wrong with me?

Just then, two attractive men walk out. One with short blonde hair, the other with brown shoulder length. They're both wearing a pair of sweat pants leaving their wonderfully sculpted chests bare and both stand at the same tall height.

"One at a time starting with the men, Alpha Elijah will see you individually to be assessed, and looked at" blonde guy says to us as if we are some peasants.

I scoff under my breath as he continues.

"You are to go into the clearing behind these trees, meet with him and you co-operate with what he tells you to do. Any misbehaviours, and you will be sent back to your pack where you belong."

These guys got some big sticks up their aśś, talking to us like we're some sort of mutts.

"We will start with you" he says as he points to Tristan, "Then you" now pointing to Cole, and then to Josh last.

"She wolfs" he says grabbing Lynn and I's attention.

"Red head will go first."

Watch it bïtch, I know how to bite
Lynn slightly growls and says through the mind link. Holding back a wolfish grin, I realize.

Oh shït.

That leaves me for last, great.

My good old friend anxiety starts to kick in, as I watch Tristan shift back into human form quickly throwing on some basketball shorts and walking into the woods. Where Alpha Elijah stands.
