Reece showed up at my house that morning to pick me up.

"I hope you don't mind me bringing Rory along," he said as soon as I opened the door.

I have to admit I was relieved.

If he was bringing his little sister he obviously hadn't been planning a "romantic" date.

We went skating. I started to slip on the ice, but Reece caught me.

We were staring into each other's eyes. I was scared he was going to kiss me.

Then Rory rammed right into us and demanded that she got to skate between us and hold our hands.

After skating we decided to get some lunch at a restaurant in town called Chili Chester's.

The food was mediocre at best.

But the date was wonderful. For the first time in a while, I had had fun. And I didn't feel guilty about it.

Chili Chester,
Will you please try and make it to my funeral? It will be near the end of December of this year.

R.S.V.P. to my mother.

Goodbye,
Caitlyn

P.S.  I had a great day today and I love the people in your restaurant, but your food was on the verge on suckage.
