"So how long have you known my dad?" I asked the woman named Tammy.
"We've been married a year," she tells me as she puts away clean dishes. "I know we've just met, and I hardly know you, but you're always welcome here."
"Thanks," I try a smile. Jack walks into the room and stares at me with a gorgeous smile. "What?" I ask as I grin.
"I'm just happy to see you," he smiles again. "I love looking at you, you're so pretty." I feel myself melt as I stand up and he kisses my cheek.
"Aw," Tammy smiles. "You two are so cute! How old are you Jack?"
"I'll be twenty on September tenth," he tells her.
"And you're how old, Alexis?"
"Nineteen on January twentieth," I tell her. She nods and leaves the room when she finishes the dishes. Jack and I walk up the stairs. "I wanna see my old room," I say. I lead him down the hallway until I find my old room. I slowly open the door and see my room, just the way I left it. I slowly walk to the white bed and sit down. Jack sits next to me and looks around.
"Was it like this before?" he asks.
"Exactly like this," I answer as I gaze around the room.
"How long do you wanna stay?" he asks.
"I don't know, maybe another day, I miss the warm weather," I answer him again.
"I'll go get our suitcases," he tells me and leaves the room. I stand up and walk to my dresser, where a picture of me and my mom sits. I picked it up and smiled. Beside it was my old record player, and on the floor was a milk crate, full of old records. I picked up a Bob Marley one and put it on. I turned it down low and listened to the tunes.
"Hey, Marley," Jack said as he carried in our suitcases.
"Oh! I'm sorry, I should've helped!" I laughed and helped him.
"No, it's cool," he laughed. "Is this your mom?" he picked up the picture and I nodded. "You look just like her," he smiles. "Beautiful."
"I should've at least told her goodbye," I stare at the picture sadly. He lifted my chin with he finger and squished my cheeks.
"Don't blame yourself, please," he kissed my lips. "I hate seeing you sad, and it's my job to make you happy."
"You do make me happy," I half smile and lay my head in his laugh. "You make me feel good," I said, not trying to say it in a dirty way.
He chuckles, "I'll make you feel even better when we get home." I sit up and gasp playfully. He hugs me tightly.

"Alexis," I feel someone shake my shoulder and I rub my eyes. "Hey, your brother and sisters are heading to their classes, Tammy and your dad are going to work, too."
"Okay, come back and cuddle," I tell Jack.
"I was gonna go get us some breakfast," he says looking down at me.
"Oh, okay go do that," I wave him to go and he walks towards the open door. "Love you," I say.
"Love you too, I'll be right back."
I close my eyes and tried to fall back asleep after I heard the front door shut. For some reason, I couldn't fall asleep. My mind kept wandering off and I couldn't relax. I'd doze off and wake up a few minutes later.
I heard some noises, which I was just assuming was Jack. I finally felt a little tired and I dozed off again. I felt a hand tuck my hair behind my ear, but I was too lazy to care. There was hot breath against my neck, and then lips.
I giggled, "not now, Jack." The blankets were pulled off of me and I felt him hovering over me. His hands rubbed all up and down my body. I opened my eyes, they had to adjust to the light.
I was smiling, which quickly faded once I realized who was on top of me. "Hi baby girl, welcome back."
"Get off of me!" I yelled pushing him away. It was my ex, Kai.
"What? C'mon, don't tell me you have a new boyfriend?" he laughed and laid me down softly. "I wanna fix things, I heard you were back in town. I was a good boyfriend, at one time," he shrugged.
"Yeah. A 'good' boyfriend that took me to North Carolina and raped me! What the hell, Kai! Get off of me!"
"No," he smirked. "I'm gonna make you feel good, way better than your little boyfriend could. And I'm gonna win you back."
"You're not gonna do anything!" I tried kicking him off of me, but he was too strong. "Kai!" I yelled. Where was Jack?
"Shhh," he put his hand over my mouth. "Make anymore noise, and I'll snap your little neck," he hissed. "You shouldn't have left me!" He took his hand away to take his shirt off and I felt my heart start racing.
He stripped off his clothes, and only had to take my shirt and underwear off since I wasn't wearing a bra or pants. He smirked at me a positioned himself. I shook my head and felt a tear slip down my face. "Please," I cried as I fought to get him off of me. He trusted into me making me cry in pain. "K-Kai!"
He slapped his hand over my mouth and bent down to kiss my neck. He thrusted in and out and left marks all over me. I thought I heard a door, the first instinct was to scream.
"Help! Help me!" I screamed. "Get off of me!" I kicked at Kai but he just pushed deeper. "Stop!"
"Shut up, you filthy slut!" he yelled. I tried kicking him off of me, but he wouldn't budge. "You don't deserve to talk!"
You don't deserve to talk, you're unpure and dirty.
"Get the fuck off!" I heard Jack's voice, making me calm a little. Jack pulled Kai off of me and I covered up. Jack threw a few punches, Kai threw one but missed. I ran to the bathroom and shut myself in. I locked the door and slid down to the floor. The tile was cold on my bare skin. Tears rushed down my face.
"Alexis."
