Ayato was walking with you to school when a random question popped up in your mind. "Hey Ayato?" He looked up from the ground and met your gaze.
"What?" He replied shoving his hands deeper in his pockets. "Why don't you ever want to go to school?" He looked a bit taken back from your question but he just shrugged. "School is for nerds" you playfully punched his arm and giggled.
"I know thats not why" you smiled and wrapped your arms around his neck. "(Y/n)! Get the fuck off" you shook your head no and jumped on him. "Not until you tell me why you don't go to school"
Ayato sighed in defeat and wrapped his arms protectively around your waist. "You really want to know?" you nodded and smiled. "Because im a ghoul, only humans go to school, why do you think bakaneki stopped going?"
"Because he's a ghoul" You giggled.
"So that means"
"(y/n) no-"
"You're too ghoul for school"
Ayato dropped you and walked back home. "Bye ayato-kun!!" you blew him a kiss and skipped inside of your school
