"Hey Rookie! Wake up!" You woke up to someone shaking you.
"Look, they're alive!" Drake said.
"What?" You questioned. "The last thing I remember is getting in the truck then it's black from there."
"Yeah. You passed out cold. I don't get it. You had 8 1/2 hours of sleep." Levi stated. You shrugged your shoulders.
"I don't know either."
Everyone paced closer to the town that used to be new, until 2025.
"Damn." Bri stated and placed her hands on her hips.
"Look at this place!" Gavin looked shocked.
"It seems like it started yesterday." You shivered.
"This place is giving me the creeps." Gillian's voice cracked and she cleared her throat, trying to keep up her though act.
"Drake! Why did you bring us here?" You all looked at the brunet.
"I thought I'd, you know, bring us here. For old times sake." We rolled our eyes and Drake mumbled something under his breath.
"Okay, after that crap job of a reasoning, let's split up. Gillian with Drake and Brady. Levi with Gavin. Rookie's with me." Bri looked back at you, and you nodded in response.
"Everyone, go with your partners and search around. We meet back at the helicopter in 3 hours or less. If you don't show up, we're classifying you as dead. Got it?" Everyone nodded their heads.
"Let's move!"
