Steel's POV

Why won't she listen? I love her, I really do. She's just too hard-headed to get that.

"Yo Steel, you alright?" Logan walked over to me and placed a hand on my shoulder.

I don't know if they've ever seen a grown man cry.

But they were about to.

Gillian's POV

Why would he do that? I loved him, so much. He's just too stupid to see that.

Bri and I sat in silence. My head was in her lap and she was running her fingers through my hair. She started singing.

"It's okay.
It's alright.
Every little this is gonna be okay.
It's okay.
It's alright.
Every little thing is gonna be okay."

She always knew what to do to calm me down.

Not much longer, and I fell asleep in her lap.

Bri's POV

I kept softly singing the lullaby to myself after Gillian fell asleep. Memories of my childhood came back to me.

I was about 2. I remember being restless, awake. I had my baby blanket with me and I was curled up in my dad's lap. I kept rolling over and trying to get comfortable, but to no avail.

That's when my dad started singing.

I can hear his voice say the kind words.

I started crying.

Logan's POV

I sat with Steel, trying to help him calm down.

Bri walked into the room and sat down beside me.

"He okay?" She asked after checking if he was asleep, which he was.

"He's really torn up from it."

"I bet."

"I'm kinda with you and Gillian on this one. If he loved her, why would he find another woman before clarifying that Gillian was dead?"

She only shook her head.

She said goodbye and ruffled my hair.

I didn't watch her, I only listened for the doors to close.

Blake's POV

I want to go and check on Gillian and Bri, but I'm worried they're asleep and I'll wake them up.

What is happening at this house? Everyone finds a way to get under someone's skin and tear them down.

I thought we were a team.

Brady's POV

I walked in the front door with some supplies in my arms. I found ammo, food, water, and I think Bri will be happy if I give her this 78 rapid fire.

I went around handing people food and water. Logan, Blake, and Rookie were the only people awake so I just set everyone else's dinner where they would find it once they awoke.

I just hope everything will be okay.

"Thanks Brady." You simply mumbled.

You weren't really hungry at the moment due to all the commotion, but you took a few swigs of water.

You sat thinking to yourself for a few minutes.
