Chapter 20 School Dance Part Two

Ad: Ashley

Over the past couple of weeks Ashley had become friends with all of my friends. So as soon as we got to the dance we immediately went over to them.

A: Hey what's up guys.
R: Well, I see that my favorite lesbians are making a political statement.
Ad: We had to come. A party with all straight people is to old school.
C: You have a great point.
M: As a straight person I'm a little offended.
A: don't worry Matt. You're the coolest guy here.
R: At least you will be when I go home.
C: Ohhhh. You need some ice for that burn.
Ad: Hey don't look now but here comes Haley.

After Ashley and I were attacked the us and the girls who did it just stayed out of each others way. All the girls except for Haley. For some reason she just loved to fuck with us, constantly.

H: What are you two lesbos doing here.
A: Look, Haley, we do this back and forth all the time, so can we just not tonight.
H: Look I don't care what day it is. It's a free country and I can do whatever I want.
Ad: Well you stay right here for as long as you want and say whatever you want. Me and Alex are gonna go dance.
A: Wait I have to ask you something first.
Ad: What is it?
A: May I have this dance?
I offered Ashley my hand and all our friends ahhed while Haley gagged, but I didn't care. We made our way to the dance floor just as "Rhythm of Love" by the Plain White T's started to play.

I'm pretty sure Ashley wanted to dance to make Haley mad, but honestly in that moment nothing mattered but Ashley and I.
