Ad: " I can't do this. Can't I just hide in your carry on or something.
A: " I'm not sure that's legal"
Ad: " I don't care about legal. I just want you"
A: " I know, but you have to stop crying. Remember your friends don't know about us"
Ad: " You're right. I better calm down"
A: " Come here. Give me a hug"
Ashley completely broke down once she was in my arms. I wanted to cry too, but I had to be strong for the both of us.
A: " oops"
I dropped my band discount card. If you have one of those cards you get a discount at different restaurants are town.
Ad: " What's this?"
A: " My band discount card. I know its lame"
Ad: " You live in Durango?"
A: " Yeah"
Ad: " Durango, Colorado?"
A: " Yeah, I go to Durango High. How do you know that town"
Ad: " I go to Durango Academy. This is insane. We live in the same town!"
A: " I can't believe this! This is so amazing! ...How come you're still crying?"
Ad: " I'm just happy. Why are you tearing up"
A: " I guess I'm happy too"
Ad: " Hey, if we're going to the same place and leaving at the same time, then we must be on the same flight"
A: " Quick, let's check the tickets"
We ran around the room like maniacs searching for our tickets. 15 minutes later we found them.
Ad: " Same flight, alright. And on this flight we sit next to each other"
A: " And I bet we can switch around on the other flight"
Ad: " This just went from a horrible day to the best day ever"
Dy: " Hey guys"
Da: " Anything interesting happen"
A: " Were you two listening"
Da & Dy: " Yes"
Dy: " congratulations guys"
Da: " If you have a rabbits foot or something that keeps you so lucky, feel free to share"
A: " I let you know if I find one"
Ad: " Don't forget to share with your girlfriend first"
We kept talking until it was time to leave for the airport. After we got to the second airport I had to say my goodbyes to the other trombones, after we boarded that first plane Ashley and I didn't leave each others' side. Of course I'll miss Dana and Dylan and Bret and John, but at least Ashley is here to keep me sane. I know its corny but today really is the first day of the rest of my life.
