Chapter 3 Moving In

A: Alex
Ad: Ashley
Da: Dana
Dy: Dylan

We went up to her room to get her stuff. Ironically she had gotten there that morning and all she had time to do was unpack.
After about 20 minutes of packing we headed to my room.

A: " Hey. Do you guys know we're in Hawaii and you are still in this room"
Da: " I know, but don't worry we're all meeting Bret and John in an hour"
Dy: " Hey is this your coffee shop girl"
A: " Yes it is"
Ad: " Hey, I'm Ashley"
Dy: " Hey, nice to meet you. I'm Dylan"
Da: " I'm Dana. You found a hot one Alex"
A: " Thanks, I know"
Dy: " Guys stop she's blushing"
Ad: " No I'm not"
Da: " You are blushing"
A: " You are and its so adorable"
Dy: "  Just give up. Once someone starts blushing, they never stop teasing"
A: " Okay I'll stop. Hey, I don't know about you guys, but I'm gonna go find something to do around here"
Dy: " Okay but be back in an hour"
A: " Okay mom. Come on Ashley. Bye guys"
A: "Wanna take a walk"
Ad: " Sure"
A & Ad: " Bye guys"
Da & Dy: " Bye"

After we left we started walking Down a path along the beach.

Ad: " Hey look hammocks. Let's relax a little"
A: " Sure, but there's only one"
Ad: " We can share. We will be sharing a bed in a couple of hours"
A: " Oh yeah. I guess you're right. I didn't really think about that until now"
Ad: " Well come on. You first, that way you can cuddle me"
A: " Okay, that sounds good to me"

As we laid there we talked about everything. Dylan texted me to come meet her in the arcade, but I was having such a good time I told her to give us another hour. We talked a while longer then Ashley turned over a kissed me. Not a heated passionate movie kiss. After all, neither one of us had kissed anyone before. It was short, but sweet and I loved it. After she kissed me she turned back over and didn't say a word. I tried to talk, but she told me to be quiet and watch the sunset. Then we both fell asleep with that kiss on our minds.

After about an hour and a half my phone woke me. Dana texted: 10 minutes until lights out.

A: " Oh shit. Ash wake up"
Ad: " What. I wanna sleep"
A: " It's lights out in 10"
Ad: " So"
A: " That's when they check to make sure everyone is in their rooms"
Ad: " Oh shit"
A: " I know. Now we gotten hurry. Run"

We ran as fast as we could. Half way to the room I saw Ashley fall ahead of me.

Ad: " OW!"
A: " What happened"
Ad: " I think I twisted my ankle"
A: " Ah man. You can't run on that. Here, just get on my back"
Ad: " You can't carry me all that way you'll..."
A: " We don't have time for this. We have to go. Now jump on"
Ad: " Okay. You're right. Let's go"

When we made it up stairs to my room. I could see my chaperone as I closed the door.

A: " Did we make it"
Dy: " Yeah. Only by the seat of your pants though"
Da: " And I hope you're out of breath from running. After all we haven't seen you all day"
A: " Very funny. We just fell asleep watching the sunset"
Da & Dy: " Aaaahhhh"

Then Mrs. Thomas, the meanest band director and my chaperone, walked in.

"Is everyone here. Never mind. Just let me get my list"
" Alex"
A: "Here"
"Dana"
Da: "Here"
"Dylan"
Dy: "Here"
"Ashley"
Ad: "Here"
"Nice to meet you Ashley"
Ad: "Nice to meet you too"
"You girls stay quiet in here. Goodnight"

After that we told Dana and Dylan all about our date. Then we just talked and joked around until 2 in the morning.

Dy: " Guys it's 2am. If we're going to meet Bret and John for breakfast we better get to sleep"
Da: " Oh yeah your right. You to better not bail on us tomorrow so you can go cuddle"
A: " But cuddling is so much fun"
Ad: " Don't listen to her. We'll be there. I promise"
Da: " Well we see who wears the pants in this relationship."
A: " Very funny"
Da: " Goodnight"
Dy: " Goodnight"
A: " Night"
Ad: " Goodnight"

Ashley laid in front of me and put my arm around her waist. Basically forcing me to spoon with her, but of course I didn't mind. Right before I fell asleep I whispered to her.

A: " I think, I might, love you a little bit"
Ad: " I think, I might, love you a lot"

She rolled over a kissed me. Then we both fell asleep happier than ever.
