WAIT UP!
If it's not too much to ask, I'd really like it if you read this bit here.
I'm not dead, believe it or not. So sorry for the slowness. I'm trying hard over here! But I've got some good news. I've been working on something for a while now. And I'm nearly done with it. I'm gonna finish the entire thing and put it up in one go, so you can read it quickly. I'm very sorry for the slow updates, I'm just trying to get this thing done, while also dealing with some personal stuff. Ya know how it goes.
But, yeah. Also, kinda stumped right now with this story. Which is kind of a shocker. Because I'd been so adamant on getting to the end with this.
So yeah. I'm almost done with my surprise project. I hope you guys like what I've come up with. It's a fanfiction. XD! But this particular person I am writing about I am absolutely crazy about. So I hope some of you can relate.
Almost done!
I <3 U!!!

Chapter Song: Three Days Grace - Unbreakable Heart
---
Upon arriving back at the Inn, I found that everyone had their posts already lined up. It still amazes me how everyone was so used to this, while I was over here stumbling like a new born baby calf. I guess I'm lucky that everyone else is so matured to this lifestyle. Otherwise, maybe I'd be dead.
As soon as we enter in the hall of the inn, Myrina comes walking toward me, as if on a mission. She grabs my hand and turns me around, so that my back is to everyone else and only we could hear what we were saying.
She says, "Bad news."
"What now?"
"This place is fully watched over by Cerberus's troops." She answers, with a paranoid look over my shoulder.
I lower my eyebrows. "How do you know?"
She points upwards and I follow her finger, to where she's pointing. All I see is a shield hanging up by the rafters, a sword sitting next to it and a broken down helmet. It looked like three trophies to me. And that's it. "What?" I ask when I still don't see.
"On the shield, the emblem. It's Cerberus's logo." I narrow my eyes a bit more and see the symbol. A singular black feather was on the shield. So that was his symbol, huh? "It's their symbol. Most people don't like them, so my guess is they took this place over a while ago."
"So what do we do?" I ask when I look back down at Myrina. "My, we can't stay here."
She shakes her head at me. "It's just a night. You need to rest."
"So do you." I narrow my eyes at her.
In response, she rolls hers at me and says, "Erin, I've stayed awake for much longer than just one night looking over you when you were in your coma." She says and her face softens a bit, her eyes getting less intimidating. "I was always trying to make sure that you were still alive."
"My--" I began to say, but then the door flung open and my worst nightmare flared to life.
Four dark soldiers walked into the Inn hall, cloaked in black, two soldiers in the front were wearing headsets of officers in charge. A black feather tied in their hair. I felt my stomach doing a flip and my skin breaking out into a sweat when I recognized the two head soldiers.
One was Hazel, naturally. She didn't even notice me when she walked by, her eyes were deadset on the guy behind the bar, who was already cowering into the corner when he saw they had walked in.
