I starred at Paris as her and Lydia were in the kitchen cooking.

"What you standing there starring for?" Mum whispered.

I jumped looking at her with a frown on my face.

"What's that face? I know when something up with my baby"

"I miss her" I said starring back at Paris. "Earlier we had a heart to heart and it caught me off guard, its like we showed each other how much we love each other but there's like a brick wall stopping us from being together"

"Lemme guess those brick walls are Kim and Ryan"

I nodded looking at her slowly.

"Am I stupid for still loving her?"

"Hell no, its meant to be you and Paris and everyone knows that, Ryan sees you as competition and Kim is straight up jealous, I can read people and I'm seeing that shit for myself"

I sighed.

"But earlier I was too honest with her, I told her I did some foul shit"

She raised an eyebrow.

"Be real with me..." She trailed off.

"I slept with Michelle on the first night" I said wiping my hand down my face.

Her mouth gaped and she shook her head.

"And you told Paris that?"

"I wanted her to know...no more secrets" I said honestly.

"You really love her?"

"She was right, when I had sex with Kim or even Michelle I was imagining her, I was thinking about her, all I want his her"

"Then fight for her"

I looked blankly at my mum.

"I'm not saying fight but I think Kim gets the message"

I tilted my head then turned round.

"Shit" I mumbled.

"Wanna talk about this?" She asked holding Nat.

Mum took Nat from Kim.

"Good luck" She whispered.

I sighed then walked outside.

"I knew about you and Michelle"

I tilted my head.

"She sent me some pictures and I was awake when you left the room and came back" She said rubbing her arm. "Honestly I think I would have been happier if you slipped up with Paris, like your mum said yall are made for each other" She said smiling slightly.

"Why you smiling? You should be hurt"

"Kaiden, we got a divorce a while back and when you think about it we was only together because Nat is young and needed a daddy figure, he can still have one as long as his father is happy, I'm happy if your happy and that could only be you with Paris"

I sighed.

"Which ain't finna happen"

"And why not?" She asked pouting.

"Ryan, her and that nigga so close, I swear I heard him and Lydia talking about how tonight was gonna go so perfect"

"Well, I want you to be happy, so I'm gonna call some reinforcements and make it yall night tonight"

I let out a sigh of relief.

"You really are the bomb Kim, I thank you loads for understanding"

"Eww you sound soft stop it" She joked hugging me. "As long as we can remain cool, I'm cool" She said.
