I was watching as the nurses and doctors ran back and forth, my dad crying along with auntie Lydia, uncle Dre, and both my Nan's. 

"You okay?" Kira asked sitting next to me.

The twins were asleep on the other side of me alongside Aria.

"Here" Aj said handing us a drink each.

I smiled faintly.

"I'm fine, I mean what if she doesn't make it? Why would she put herself through so much stress?" I asked looking down playing with my fingers. 

"Don't think like that, your mum a fighter for real" Aj said rubbing my back.

"For real Auntie Paris is a real g" Kira said causing all of us to laugh.

"Yall good?" Uncle Kevin asked sitting with us.

"We good" I said smiling.

"This is my fault" I mumbled pacing the waiting room. "If I didn't let my anger get to me ad so what I done, if I just chased her and told he everything's okay, I tried didn't I?" I asked looking at my mum and Garcia.

"Baby, its not your fault, your both stubborn hard headed people and clashing the both came with consequences don't blame yourself baby" Garcia said looking up at me.

"Kaiden sit down please your working your self up right now and we don't need this" She said looking over at the kids and Kevin.

I smiled faintly as they smiled and talked with Kevin, I looked at Kaydee and felt my heart break ever so slowly, I knew if Paris didn't make it she would take it the worst.

"Fine, fine" I said sitting in the middle of them. "I just need yall support ya know what if"

Garcia took a deep breath then wiped her face.

"I'm not ready to think of the what ifs yet, but if my daughter doesn't make it, you know I'm your no.1 support alongside your mum" She said smiling at both me and my mum.

I rested my head on my mum and held Garcia's hand.

I was sitting near the window with Andre caressing my hands.

"It will be okay" He said kissing my hands.

"It won't this is all my fault too, if I just helped her, I didn't know what she was going through, I'm suppose to be her best friend and I let her down" I said as masses of tears streamed down my face.

"Lyd, you can't blame yourself, friends have arguments all the time, none of us knew how bad she was taking this break up with Kaiden, we all sort of play a part in this not just you not just Kaiden iyte?"

I shook my head.

"I just want my best friend Dre" I said lowering my head. "If she doesn't make it I would never forgive myself, weather it was my fault or anyone else's she's my rock I need her to be okay" I said shaking my head. "She needs to be okay"

"Family of Paris Monique Brown" The doctor said walking towards us.

We all stood up and looked at the doctor.
