"Kaiden said he's coming to pick up the kids" Lydia warned me.

I rolled my eyes eating a apple.

"He knew I was taking them out today"

I heard her sigh.

"Fine, he can come get them"

"With what he did last time I think I'm allowed too"

"Girl chill we don't need yo stressing right now, just get the kids ready, I will come round in a few to keep you company okay?" 

"Okay fine" I said before hanging up. "Kids" I yelled out.

Kaydee came down with Kyran in her arms and the twins followed behind.

"Yes mum?" Kameron said.

"We was playing and you said we would go away for the weekend"

I sighed.

"Plans changed"

I looked at their faces change.

"Why?" The twins whined.

I took Ky from Kay's arms and kissed his cheek.

"Yall daddy wanna spend time with yall" I said half smiling.

Kaydee rolled her eyes.

"We was with him yesterday"

"Baby, he wants to take yall somewhere this weekend, I can't say no because he's still ya dad"

"We wanna stay here with you and Ry" She said rubbing her eyes.

I sighed.

"Please, just this time guys, just get yall packed bags and get ya shoes on" I said softly.

Kay took Ky from my arms then headed upstairs with the twins. I heard the door locks go but continued drinking my tea.

"What's wrong with you?" Lyd asked sitting at the counter with me.

"My kids are upset with me, I promised to take them for a little family time this weekend but instead of course their father ruins it yet again" I said kissing my teeth. "I'm tired of this bs fr"

"P stop working ya self up, you pregnant you shouldn't be stressing about small things" She said rubbing my back.

"I know but..." I just shook my head.

The kids came over with their bags.

"Hi Auntie Lydia" They all said.

She smiled greeting them when the door knocked.

"I got it" Kameron said running off.

I continued drinking my tea knowing it was Kaiden.

"Sup Lydia" He said smiling at her.

"Hi Kai, how are you?"

"Good, could be better" He said slightly looking at me.

I scoffed then stood up giving each of my children a hug and kiss.

"Yall gonna be good for your dad right?"

"Yeah" They all mumbled.

"Kay take ya brothers to the car while I talk to ya mum" He said passing Kaydee the keys.

"I will go sit with them till you come out" Lydia said picking up Kyran and walking off with the kids.

I sighed walking pass him but he grabbed my arm pulling me back.

"Yes?" I asked giving him complete attitude and pulling my arm back.

"What's your problem?"

"Kaiden you know what my problem is, this is the third time you've wanted to kids when I'm with them tryna spend time with em"

He rolled his eyes.

"I know what ya doing?" I said chuckling bitterly.

"Wtf am I doing apart from wanting to spend time with my kids?"

"You keeping the from Ryan, you pick them up from school and everything just so he wont" I said folding my arms.

"Your delusional, you still fuck around with him?"

"I haven't had sex with him since the hotel room" I spat.

He raised a eyebrow.

"What you waiting for? When you was pregnant with all my kids you let me hit every chance" He said licking over his bottom lip"

I looked down feeling my legs go weak.

"You need to go cater to our kids"

"I need to cater to my baby first to make sure she's okay" He said getting closer to me.
