After that awkward dinner mum and Linda decided to take us back to Kaiden's house seeing as he left.

"You sure you gonna be okay?" Mum asked.

"We gottah be adults about this right? Well the I'm gonna try and I'm gonna stay, he's still my husband I'm sure I can talk to him about this propley"

Mum nodded then smiled.

"I'm proud of you Paris" 

I smiled hugging my mum.

"He's with Andre, he said he will be back in a few and yall can be adults" Linda said hugging me.

They had already helped me put the kids to bed.

"I will call yall if anything goes pair shaped"

"Good, you be good now"

They both got into Linda's car and was off leaving me wide awake and scared.

Lyd - Bitch you come back and don't even let me know?

I looked at my phone shaking my head.

Me - Come round tomorrow, you know I love you xx

I placed my phone down and got a drink.

"Making your self comfortable already?"

I jumped and turned round seeing Kaiden standing there watching me.

"Umm, I..."

He just starred at me.

"Well I'm here now lets talk" He said.

I nodded following him upstairs into our old room.

"You take me for a joke right?" He asked taking off his jacket and shoes.

"No Kaiden, would you let Kaydee stay with a guy after he put his hands on her?"

"Hell no wtf" He said raising his voice. "You fucking nuts"

"Exactly so that's why I had to leave"

"But that's different, you and me been through some real bull shit together, you acting like you ain't ever hit me or nothing"

 I rolled my eyes.

"I've never left a mark tho" I said pointing at my neck.

Although it was faint you could still see it.

"This might have happened 5 years ago but that shit still ain't gone yet, you really went all out that night, took all your anger out on my neck, if I didn't leave I maybe wouldn't even be alive"

He looked at me swiftly with a angry yet hurt expression on his face.

"You really think low of me, you really think I would kill you?" 

I stayed quiet listening to his hurt pour out.

"You really did it man, you let one mistake ruin what we had, you made me miss 5 years of my kids lives"

"Nah Kaiden you did that shit by yourself"

"Man whatever"

"I mean really when's the last you seen Kira? Because she visited us a lot" I said raising my voice. "Michelle tells me your not even stepping up your fucking game bro but you wanted me to stay?"

He stood up rolling his eyes.

"I cater for all my kids but no fucking female would let me, after Michelle found out what happened between me and you she bounced, guessing she had time to bring my child to you tho"

"DON'T YOU DARE MAKE YOUR SELF THE VICTIM" I yelled.

I was tired of him playing the victim as if he was some little kid.

"Fuck you Paris for real"

"Nah homie fuck you"I said walking to the door but he stopped me.

"Yo stop acting, I love you girl"

I could feel the tears burning my eyes.

"And I love you Kaiden but I can't with this arguing, first it was your job now its just us, that's the problem"

"We can fix it just don't take my kids from me again" He said holding me tight.

I looked up into his yes seeing tears welding up.

"I wasn't planning on leaving but we need space, I'ma just  sleep in the spare room okay?"

"But Paris..."

"We just need space while we work on re creating what we used to have okay?"

He nodded but continued to hold me, I just closed my eyes and held him too.
