I was kind of expecting that i'd feel sparks... But maybe it wasn't meant to be. Maybe Mikhail and I weren't meant to be, my heart felt like a dagger shoved into it.
"Are you the one who sent that hybrid to kill me?" I asked the Lycan.
He walked towards me again, and then changed into human form in his gray sweat shorts and i am not going to lie he looks gorgeous.
"No i didn't." He said.
"Then why are you looking for me?" I asked.
And in a blink of an eye he was by my side and held my hand and i felt sparks all over my hand from the tips of my fingers all throughout my arm.
No way, it can't be my second chance mate.
"Mate" i couldn't help but say it the same time as him.
All of the elders, alpha Christopher and mikhail had wide eyes and their mouth slightly ajar.
"She's not your mate. She's mine." Said the person who i never thought that i would hear from again.
