I managed to avoid Milly on my way to lunch. I got my lunch and sat down at a corner table hoping I could eat alone. I was halfway done when I noticed Leo in the opposite corner of the room, I smiled and waved at him. He noticed me waving, but he didn't come over he just smiled and watched me. I was going to get up and walk over to him, but Kyle sat in the bench across from me and blocked my view.

"Hey Sarah, what's up?" I tried to look around him, but I couldn't see Leo.

"Nothing much Kyle, what about you?"

He looked at me confused, "What are you looking for?"

I stopped trying to look around him and smiled a little, "Oh, I was just looking for Leo. He was just over there in that corner, but I don't see him now."

He smiled at me, "Oh, that's okay, you have me to talk to you now. How's your day going?" I didn't say anything I just handed him my sketchbook. He took it, "Should I be worried?" I just watched as he opened it to my newest drawing. He looked at it for a while and finally asked, "What's wrong?" I looked right at him got up, and walked out. I couldn't tell him about Rogue. I wanted to take care of it myself.

Around the corner, I felt as if somebody was following me, it sent a strange feeling through my body, and I couldn't move. I felt like that for about 15 seconds, but it felt like hours. When I was able to move again I turned around quickly, but nobody was there. The hallway was silent except for the sound of my own heavy breathing.

After I got my breathing back under my control, I cautiously walked down the hall, keeping an eye out for any strange people. I was near the end of the hall when I got the feeling again, only this time I was able to control my movements and I turned around to see who it was. The person who was there was somebody I didn't expect.

Leo was standing in the middle of the hallway smiling at me. I started to smile back, but noticed he was holding a piece of paper. The paper looked very familiar. "Leo what's in your hand?"

He just walked closer and held it out, "I think this is yours."

I took the paper and looked at it. On the paper was my drawing that I had thrown away "Leo where did you find this?"

He walked closer keeping eye contact. "Some guy named Rogue gave it to me. He said there's a message on it for you." I looked at him confused, wondering why Rogue would give him a message for me. He must've noticed I was confused because he looked me in the eye and said, "We all have secrets. Some are just colder, and darker than others."

I looked right at him, starting to get nervous. "Who are you really, Leo?"

He just smiled a lopsided smile, "I don't know what you mean secret, I'm just the delivery man." I looked at him closer noticed his smile was gone and his face was serious. "I'll see you soon." he turned and walked away, leaving me alone in the hallway holding the paper.

I turn the paper over to see what the message was. Knowing that since it was from Rogue, it was probably written in code. I was right, it took me a while to figure out what the message was because I needed to figure out what the code was. The message made my blood run cold. "Fear is waiting. Meet me by the edge of the woods after school. You will be watched."

Why would Rogue to send me a message like this? Why did he choose the first day of school to do this? What did Leo have to do with all of this? What was he hiding?

I had so many questions I needed answered. I was going to get all of my answers that I wanted right after school, starting with Leo. I would learn the secret even if it led me into danger.

The bell rang, meaning back to class. My next class was P.E, hopefully Leo didn't have that class with me too. I needed to think.
