The patient's name was Sarah Takani. She was admitted as a "5150", criminally insane. At the age of 17, she murdered several of her friends use to major schizophrenia and paranoia. She was kept heavily sedated, and subject to shock therapy during the night. The cause of her death was suicide after she ran away from an orderly and locked herself in an office. By the time the orderlies made it into the room, she was already dead. Time of death was called March third, 2014 at 3:47 AM. No family has been contacted at this time. Nobody had visited her for the past year. It's such a tragedy that she was committed for so long with no visitors. She must have been lonely, though, it's possible that she created an alternate reality to escape. She was a girl that was abandoned and alone, it's only natural that she would escape into her mind.
