"um give me a sec" Dr.Kitts said moving the scanner all over and pressing it in Meryl's stomach in different places trying to get a better angle the rest of the room went into deep silence it was like that for about 5 minutes until "I'm so sorry folks I truly am "
"w....wh....wha....what are ...... you... sorry about" Meryl asked almost in tears
" I can't find the heart beat I lost it" Dr.Kitts said sorrowfully
"NOOOOOOOOO" Meryl cried as the news broke in Don just sat there and held his wife not knowing anything else he could do
"Meryl I need to ask you a question do you want to carry him to term or go into labor now and not carry him for the next four months" Dr.Kitts said sincerly
"I...I...I'll deliver him now of that's ok" Meryl said trying to pull herself together at least in front of her kids
"ok we will have to induce you then" Dr.Kitts said preparing to move her to a delivery room she called in some nurses and asked them to bring a bed
"ok" Meryl said chokoing on the lump in her throat

moments later they where rolling her over into the delivery room
"Don" Meryl cried as Don ran behind her with Henry and Mamie on his heels and Grace in his arms
"I'm right here darling I will always be here" Don said as they rolled her into the room "always" He whispered as he slowed down and walked after her slowly trying himself to keep his composure
the gave her this medicine that sent her into labor when the first contraction hit Meryl didn't scream in psychical pain but in emotional she screamed for her mother she screamed for her loss she scream just to get ride of the pain she screamed because there was nothing she could do to save her son nothing she could do to save her baby she cried even when the pain was gone she cried fro Don and he would come to her he said he called her mom and Dad and they said they would be here soon but when they did arrive Meryl cried even more fro her baby and for her mother Don asked Harry to called Dana to come get the kids he didn't want them to see this to see their mother in such a broken state of mind and body. Mary asked Don for a moment alone with her daughter Don obliged once he was out of the room he ran for the mens room and when he reached it he broke down and started to cry he didn't care if anyone heard him her just cried because he needed to and if anyone thought he was a baby for doing that well fuck them Harry saw his son-in-law run fro the bathroom so her followed after him
"son" Harry called when he open the door leading to the bathroom all he heard where muffled cries so he followed them till he reached the last stall and he cracked it open to see a broken Don on the ground crying "son I know it is hard I went through it with Mary but I going to tell you what her father told me when this happened you hurt and I will personally hunt you down and kill you, but he also told me this these things happen for a reason Don't Forget You Are Human You Are Allowed To Have A Meltdown Just Don't Unpack Ans Live There Cry It Out And Refocus On Where You Heading, and just make sure she knows how much you love her and don't ever let her forget that" Harry told the still crying Don
"mommy I don't get it i felt him moving this morning why did her have to go" Meryl cried as Don left
"oh my baby girl I know it hurts I know because it happened to me but you must know he is in a better place now you must know that" Mary soothed her hysterical daughter as she carefully laid next to her and embraced her as the next contraction came
"y---yo---you d---di---did" Meryl cried as she gripped her mothers arm
"yes before you were born I was pregnant it was a little girl and my heart broke for her, her name was Mary-Ann I was about as far as you are now in fact your father he was heart broken but he is the only reason I held on and then you came along and I was so afraid I would loose you that you father brought me flowers everyday he would tell me how beautiful I was and how you made me even more beautiful and would tell me how strong I was when I was having you and when you finally came we where so happy you where our miracle baby and we loved you so much and we still do and Don still loves you don't you every forget that ok my darling and it isn't your fault it is part of gods great plan for you" Mary soothed but as another one of Meryl's contraction hit she helped her through it by digging her fists into her lower back like Harry used to for her
"but it was" Meryl whined as the contraction ended "it was my fault I knew some how that something bad was going to happen and I couldn't do anything about it and now there isn't anything I can do" Meryl cried into her mother chest
"it wasn't your fault and it never will be the planet just wasn't ready for him yet not don't you every second guess yourself" Mary said as she kissed the top of her head as Don walked in the room he went straight to Meryl and Kissed her squarely on the mouth not even taking notice as to Mary laying beside her daughter
"I love you so much no mater what happens you will forever and always be my one and only my one true love I love you and I don't blame you for any of this I leave it all up to God and his will and you shouldn't either" Don kissed her again
" I love you so much and I'm so sorry" Meryl whimpered as Mary silently got out of the bed and went over to her husband
"ssshhh no need to be sorry I love you and don't you ever forget that" Don soothed

"ok Meryl you are now ten centimeters so I'm going to have you push now" Dr.Kitts said coming up from in between Meryl's legs Meryl sat up an Don sat behind her she buckled down dropped her chin to her chest and squeezed Don's hands and wailed in agony
"aaaahhhh FUCK" she cried out"I can't I just can't my baby my poor baby"
"I know it hurts Meryl but you have to do it for your own safety your children still need you I need you" Don pleaded
"and push" Dr.Kitts instructed
"GGAAHH FUCKING SHIT ASSHOLES WHY WHY ME WHY MY BABY GGAAHH MOTHERFUCKERS" Meryl screamed at the top of her lungs
"ok Meryl we are almost there one more push" Dr.Kitts said since he was still so tiny it didn't take much to get him out
"FFFFUUUUCCCCKKKK" Meryl screamed as she pushed one last time this time she felt her whole being open and something extremely tiny and slimy slide out as she closed up again she wailed and cried and everything you would imagine a woman who just gave birth to a perfectly healthy baby except they where not tears of joy they where tears of sorrow and loss"Give him to me please I just want to hold my baby" Meryl pleaded the nurse handed him over to his highly expectant mother but as soon as she had him in her arms she broke down
