I don't think Daryl was going to do it at all. Hell, it be extremely hard to. I don't think I would like to have the fear of whether we are going to live together the next day, or if one of us are going to die.

If Daryl was going to die, I don't think I'd be able to survive. Just the thought of it gets me upset. My closed eyes are already glazing over with tears and my nose is becoming stuffy. A day without Daryl would feel like years without rain. It would destroy me.

I rolled over so my head was resting against Daryl's bare chest. My finger was tracing patterns on his tone stomach. He moved a bit in his sleep and I ran my hand up his body to his tattoo right over his heart. The cursive lettering reading Norman. I rose my eyebrow slightly and traced the lettering.

Daryl's eyes fluttered slightly, before opening. They revealed his Georgian blues and a small smile spread across his face. I leaned down and pressed my lips to his, on which he immediately responded with pressing his hand against the back of my neck, deepening the kiss. I pulled back after a while.

"Who was Norman?" I asked him. His eyebrow slightly rose to my question and I placed my hand over his heart.

"He was my best friend." Daryl said after a few moments of silence. He let out a deep breath before he continued.

"He did in a car accident a year before the turn. We worked in the same mechanic shop." Daryl said. I placed a small kiss on the name and lifted my head up enough to press a light kiss on Daryl's lips.

"You've never seen the tattoo?" He questioned.

"I have, it never really crossed my mind to ask about them. I think out of them all, this one has the most meaning and the one on your back is the coolest." I said with a small smile.

"I've never saw a tattoo on you." Daryl said. I shook my head.

"Never got one. I was going to when I was free of my father, but just as I was running the dead began to walk. Never got my chance." I said, a little disappointed.

"Maybe we'll find a tattoo artist one day." Daryl said. I chuckled a little before nodding my head. I placed a last kiss on his lips before getting up and getting ready.

During the last few hours we have covered quite a bit of the town. We scavenged a lot and actually made progress. As we were pulling in for one last scavenge, my stomach started to feel uneasy.

"Don't stop. Keep going, I have a bad feeling about this place." I said to Merle who was driving the car.

"Do can do sugar buns. Already pulled in." He said as he took a sharp left sending me into Daryl.

"Merle, I'm serious. This is not giving me a good vibe. Turn around." I said but it was useless, he was already out the door.

"I'll go talk to him." Daryl said as he eyed his brother who was tampering with the door.

"I got the others." I got out of the car through the drivers side and made my way to the other cars.

"Daryl is trying to talk some sense into Merle because I don't have a good feeling about this place." I said, but it was too late.

The door to the shop opened, and the alarm began blaring. I turned around, my chest hurting as my heart was ready to pop out of it.

"Stupid alarm!" I heard Merle yell.

"Walkers!" Glenn yelled as he looked around us. They were piling out of trucks, that back doors were wide open and pointed towards us.

"It's a trap. Everyone get back into the cars!" I yelled. Everyone began to get back, but dad, Glenn, T-dog, Daryl, Merle and I were stuck outside. The walkers had piled close enough  that there was no longer any space between us and our cars. I took out my swords and began to fight.

We were about half way to our cars when I heard a scream. I turned my head quickly only to see T-Dog up against 4 walkers. I yelled for Daryl to help him since he was closer, but with only one arrow left in his bow, and reloading it he couldn't. I yelled for someone to help, and soon heard gunshots going off.

Only, the gunshots weren't from our group. I saw others making their way towards us, AK-47's and machine guns. They held pistols and Pythons. They held heavy artillery, and melee weapons as well. I couldn't get good looks at them, for the walkers were blocking my way. I continued to fight through them, although they kept shoving me back.

Pretty soon, Daryl and I were back to back, fight the ones in our peripheral visions. Soon, they were gone. All the ones around Daryl and I at the least. I took a look around to see that some of the new people were surround and so were ours. Daryl took off to help the new people while I took ours.

As we fought them together, I kept looking back towards Daryl, and Dad. I knew everyone was important, but if I lost those two... I'd be gone too. I helped T-Dog who was knocked to the floor by one who tripped over its own limbs. Glenn rushing to our side. I ripped the Walker off of T as Glenn fought the ones surrounding us.

I smashed the things head in and heard the sickening skull break. I extended my hand to T who took it and stood to his full height. Every Walker was down now, and everyone was catching their breaths. I made my way to Daryl who was leaning against the truck, his eyes watching my every move.

Only, I didn't get as far as I hoped. There was a voice that stopped me. A voice that called my name. I stopped in my stance and stiffened. The voice was familiar, and it scared me. It was once so foreign to me, but hearing the voice brings all the memories back to me.

Don't turn around. If you turn around you will regret it. My conscience said. I tried to listen. I tried to keep going to Daryl, but my legs had a mind of its own. I turned around to see body that belonged to the voice that called out to me. The voice that made chills run up my spine.

Everyone was staring between the man and I. His brown, almost black like eyes stared right into me. My breath was cut short, and I felt like I was going to suffocate. I knew that if I didn't do something, anything to make sure that my breathing came back, I was going to die.

I stared into the mans eyes. I clenched my fists as he walked closer to me until he was merely a metre away.

"I've been looking for you. Now I have found you."

Only when those words left his lips, I brought my arm back, and hit.
