It's been days ever since I found out that Jason got accepted to work for a wealthy company. What shocked me the most was that, it was the company where I will have to be modelling for. Knowing that Jason is working at that company, made me feel happy, angry and excited at the same time.

I know that it was all my fault that he didn't get to work for other big companies like mine, since I technically told them not to accept him. Ever since I found out that he got a job, it made me feel incredibly angry. I want Jason to experience not being able to get what he wants... I want him to experience what I felt four years ago when he left me, for his first ex-girlfriend.

"Ms. Violet the Etiquette Designs just called and informed me that they would like to see you in an hour for your first photo shoot for miss Blue's latest fashion designs." My secretary Laylah had said.

"Thanks Laylah, but before you leave my office... will you care to explain to me why you look incredibly happy? I know that it's not about what we are talking about right now for the company, so what is it? That you just can't stop smiling." I asked.

"Well... since we aren't going to talk about work. Is it okay, if I just call you Cassandra Ms. Violet?" She said shyly. I nodded and allowed her to proceed talking. "Marcus proposed to me this morning, while we were having breakfast and after four years, he finally wants us to start a future together! And yeah, I just cant stop smiling, since I am officially engaged!" She answered.

I walked up to Laylah and gave her a hug, I just couldn't believe that she's engaged now. After 5 years of Laylah and Marcus having a long distance relationship and 4 years of having to live in the same apartment together... I just can't accept shes engaged.

Laylah started crying... onto my shoulders. I was about to pull our hug apart since I didn't want my red designer dress to be ruined, but I thought that it didn't really matter right now. Especially since these are the things in life that I shouldn't ruin  for people, especially for people like Laylah who have a good heart not only on the outside but also in the inside.

Even though I haven't really known Laylah for long ever since we met in New York, she was still always there for me and until now she still is. Laylah helped support me and became my friend, until now... She has never left me.

"Laylah, I'm so happy for the both of you! Hopefully one day I'll find my own destiny with a guy." I said. Laylah just smiled and then started walking away from me.

*** Hour Later ***

"Ms. Violet, in 5 minutes your driver will come pick the both of us up for your photo shoot." Laylah informed. I nodded and proceeded reviewing all the plans for the company.

That's when it hit me, I forgot to tell Laylah to cancel all my appointments for tomorrow. Anthony and I are planning to spend some quality time together, since its nearly been more than a month when we last saw each other.

I've missed him so much his voice, looks, personality , everything about him really. I cant explain the way I feel about him, ever since I realized that I love him... its just this feeling inside of me which is just unexplainable.

"Laylah?" I interrupted, she was startled by me calling her name so she had jumped from her seat... when she noticed I was in front of her she looked up at me and then smiled.

"Yes Ms. Violet, is there anything wrong?" She asked. I just shook my head at her.

"Is it okay if you just cancel all my appointments for tomorrow? Something important  just came up..." I asked.

"Sure Ms. Violet, but are you sure that you want me to cancel all your  appointments for tomorrow?" She asked. I thought about what Laylah had said and by the tone of her voice, it seemed like something important was happening tomorrow.
