My Soap Opera Life -ON HOLD-

Birthdays can be good.. Or bad. -15-

I had set the alarm for 5 stupidly I fell out of bed and and layed there waiting for something  to happen. My mom came in and helped me up and hugged me.

"Happy birthday baby"  I stared at her confused it wasn't my birthday yet was it? I looked at my calender and saw it was May 4th it was my birthday.... Damn time went by fast.

I threw on my clothes and went to go cook but someone beat me to it. I looked closer and realized it was my friend Eric  I wrapped my arms around him and gave him a bone crushing  hug he jumped and whacked me with the spatchula he was holding

"Ow..." And I had egg in my hair. Dammit. He looked at me and his eyes went wide "I am so sorry Amelia" I had to forgive him he was sad I gave him another hug and said it was fine I just had to reshower and change....

"Sorry want me to help you with your clothes?" he asked "Sure I can shower while you do that?"

"Ok I can do that"

I brought Eric up to my room and showed him where everything was and all that I walked in my bathroom and stood under the water relaxing I was finally 17 I'm older then Ben and Archer and I can tease them about it,

I smiled and finished showering.

10 minutes later I came out Eric was sitting on my bed looking at my lip rings I had a lot of them wait was he picking them out for me?

Last time I wore them was before I moved Ben had a set done too but he never put his in.... I'm gonna ask him to do his today!  "Eric how do you like the lip rings?"

He  jumped and looked at me "Amelia you startled me... I like these" he held up my favorite ones they were blood red and black stripes I got them a few years ago on my birthday they were a gift from Ben.

I grabbed my clothes and slipped into my closet to change I put on underwear, bra, jersey shirt, shorts, shoes and my jewelry stuff. "Thanks Eric"

I smiled at him when I came out he ended up driving me to school I got there just in time in lunch I finally saw Archer and he was talking to Ben.

I went through the lunchline and got my food I was heading to the table when someone crashed into me.  "Oh I'm sorr-- Amelia?"  Food stained my clothes and I looked up at the sound of my name I saw Eric looking down at me he helped me up and I threw a bunch of questions at him

"what are you doing here? Why are you here?  Wha?"

"Hang on Amelia! I recently moved here, Its the closest school to the house and I don't know the last one. "

I got up and went to the locker room and grabbed my spare shirt it was a white v-neck and I put it on and went back to the lunchroom and grabbed more food cause the first died.... Poor food.

It was so young! I found Eric and went to sit at the table I sat next to archer "HI" I said to him he just nodded at me

"Whats wrong?"

"Nothing." He said coldly

I scooted away from him and closer to Ben and started picking at my food. Ben noticed my sadness I guess cause he broke into song

"Happy birthday to you! Happy birthday to you! Happy birthday to you-- Would you shut up!" He was cut off by Archer yelling at him "ITS NO ONE'S BIRTHDAY! SO SHUT UP!" All of us looked at him weirdly and then I said quietly "Its mine Archer.."

"I'm sorry Amelia" He tried to hug me but I turned away "Its fine Archer," I said and sat at a different table away from all my friends and put my head down, 10 minutes later someone sat next to me
