That Mystery Boy

hey guys, this is my first story. plz be kind. Carys.

Chapter 1:

Ugh my ears were ringing, I leaned over to my desk to switch off the alarm on my phone. I hadn't had much sleep, I couldn't stop thinking about HIM. Ever since he came to school, my life there has been different. He is in most of my classes. His name's Robin. I seem to manage to include him in every conversation with my best friend Lara. She is suspicious about me constantly talking about him, then again, almost all the girls spoke about him the first few weeks. He has haunted me in a good way though. I have never spoken to him myself, but I'm planning to.

"Kacy!!! get up will you!!!" My little sister Kailey shouted. She always gets annoyed when she hears my alarm. It's one of those ring tones that everyone except you finds annoying.

"OK!!!" I shouted sarcastically to my sister. She is only 2 years younger than me but she thinks she owns the place.

"Stop shouting!!!" My mother yelled, she gets head aches pretty quick. So annoying.

"Yes, sorry mum." I apologized.

I got up sluggishly, I looked over at my phone. I have half an hour to get ready. I got to my feet and pulled on my school uniform. I brushed my hair while looking in my mirror and I put some anti-spot cream on. I went down the stairs and into my kitchen. the marble floor cold against my bare feet, making me cringe. I made my lunch and watched television, I have 10 minutes left until I leave for Lara's house to go school.

10 minutes later I picked up my ruck sack and left for Lara's. She only lives seven doors down. The gravel path crunched beneath my black school shoes as I walked.

I rang the door bell and waited for a reply. I could hear the bell going off inside the house. Seconds later Lara replied.

"Hey! you ready to go?" Lara asked smiling wildly.

"Yeah, lets go" I answered.

We walked to school chatting about guys and other unimportant things until we finally arrived and she couldn't hold it in any more.

"Are you going to ask him out?" She nearly squealed.

"What, who?" I asked, all though I knew who she was talking about.

"Robin. DUH!!!" She answered.

"What! No, I am just going to talk to him that's all..." I trailed off when I saw him. He was wearing a navy blue shirt and ripped jeans, he was in 6th form and I was in year 11 so he can wear pretty much what he wants. His brown hair shined from the bright sun making him look like a god! He looked over at me, I immediately looked away. I can't be seen staring at him! He will suspect something.

"Hello? Earth to Kacy" Lara said waving her hand in front of my face.

I shook my head.

"Oh sorry, what where you saying?" I asked.

She sighed. "Young love..."

"Hey!" I punched her arm lightly.

The bell went off so we had to dash to class. Luckily I have to sit with Robin during class, so I get to admire him secretly.

I got to my chair to see he was already there, he smiled at me friendlily. I smiled back, it was the only thing we do to each other every time we make eye contact. I could feel the warmth of his body radiating off of him, making me feel warm. I felt safe when I was with him.

Miss. Queen read out the register quickly so we could make our way to class as soon as possible. When Robin answered his name, it echoed in my brain. That voice... it was mesmerising!!!

When miss called my name I nearly didn't reply. I was too busy gazing at him, his chocolaty brown eyes sparkling like stars on a beautiful dark night. Again, mesmerising.
