Chapter 15

After my mum dropped a bag of my stuff at Robin's we watched a movie in his room. I snuggled closer to him, getting all the warmth of his body.

A quarter way through the film the door creaked open.

"Oh, sorry." Alex mumbled before shutting the door again.

"What was that about?" I asked.

"I dunno." Robin said lazily. I rolled my eyes.

The film went on for another hour, luckily dinner was ready just in time.

"Dinner's ready." Robins said, quickly getting up from the bed. Obviously Laura had said it was ready. I followed the eager wolf to the dining table, as usual it was beautifully made up. A plate of galmon, salmon, pea's and gravy was placed in front of us. I was suprised about the selection, but it still tasted delicious!

We spoke a lot to each other whilst we ate. Once we were all done Laura, Robin and Ronald went to wash the dishes. I never found out why Alex never helped.

"Look, Alex-" He interupted and pointed to his ears. I looked in the kitchen, obviously he didn't want anyone to hear. He passed me a napkin and a pen to write on.

'i know you like me, but you can't.' I wrote on the napkin. He read it quickly and sighed. He wrote something else on the napkin and passed it to me.

'Yes I can, even if it means not being with you.' It read. Man, why is he being so difficult?! I shook my head and wrote.

'Fine, but I will not like you in the same way... ever. do you understand.' I wrote and passed it to him with a stern look on my face. He nodded his head sadly and quickly hid the napkin before Robin walked in.

"Come on." He said, holding his hand out for me. I took it gratefully. At least i get to leave this Alex problem behind me. Robin glared at Alex one last time before going up the stairs.

When I sat on the bed he asked

"What were you two writing about?" He had a serious look on his face. What do I tell him? I don't want to cause a conflict between the two.

"What do you mean?" I asked innocently.

 He grabbed my shoulders hard.

"Robin, you're hurting me." I whispered.

"Tell me." He demanded. I was a little scared, he really was protective of me. The look on his face forced me to spill.

"I was just telling Alex to lay off..." I said, avoiding eye contact. His grip tightened on me.

"What do you mean 'lay off'?" He growled, anger rising in his eyes.

"I-i think  Alex likes me because..." I trailed off when I saw the most angry face I had ever seen on Robin.

"BECAUSE WHAT?" He yelled, shaking me slightly. I was really scared.

A few silent tears fell down my cheeks.

"The first time I went to your house, he stroked my knee with his and when I was in his room, he seemed to treat me differently. He was shy, but I can sence he feels something for me, his eyes seem to reveal how he feels. But i love you Robin, not Alex!" I babbled. Robin had fury in his eyes the whole way through.

"I'm gonna kill him!" He shouted before charging off to Alex's room. I followed quickly. Why did I say anything!

I got to Alex's room to find Robin fighting viciously with Alex. Thankfully they were still in human form.

I was extremely scared, the only thing i had on my mind was 'run.'

I turned on my heels and sprinted as fast as I could away from the house. Ronald and Laura called my name but I egnored them. I can't stand fighting! It reminds me of my father.

I ran and I ran further into the woods, not knowing where I was going.

30 minutes later and I was too tired to run. I was gasping for breath. I slumped against a tree and cried. I was cold, scared and lost.
