Chapter 17

I woke up to my hair being moved out of my face. Robin. I opened my eyes to see two perfect brown eyes looking back at me.

"Morning sunshine." He said happily. I yawned.

"Yuck! Maybe you should clean your teeth." He joked, waving his hand under his nose. I slapped his face jokingly.

I got up and pulled my clothes on. I no longer thought I needed to hide in the bathroom while I got dressed. I brushed my hair and teeth with Robin and went downstairs for breakfast. Scrambled egg was being made in the microwave.

"Yum." I said, mostly to myself.

2 minutes later the scrambled egg was finished and we ate in the living room watching scrubs on E4. The egg was deliciously made.

Robin stood up to take the dishes into the kitchen.

"Thank you." I said when he came back in. He smiled at me and we kissed.

"How about you meet my family today?" I asked.

"You could spend lunch with us." Robin looked me with a weird look on his face.

"Why would I want to meet your little human family?" He asked. The smile on my face dropped.

"Ha ha, the look on your face!" He said laughing at me.

"Of course, I would love to meet your family." He said. I sighed in relief.

"I really thought you meant it." I giggled.

At 11:30 i texted my mum to inform her Robin was coming to meet you.

'ok sweety. i'll make everything ready xx' she texted back. I smiled.

We left the house at 11:50 so we'd make it in time.

When we arrived at the door I got out my key and opened it.

"Hey." my mum greeted.

"I'm Olivia." She said to Robin and they shook hands.

"Nice to meet you, i'm Robin." He said formerly.

My mum gestured to the table which had a fancy candle in the middle. Wow, she really took me and Robin seriously.

"I've made lasagna. Is that OK?" she asked. The lasagna looked delicious and smelt good too.

"Yes, it looks lovely, thanks mum." I said matter of factly.

Kailey came running down the stairs and instantly straightened herself when she saw Robin.

"Hello, Robin." She said. He nodded at her, obviously a little embarrassed that my little sister liked him.

We sat at the table and enjoyed our lunch. I could tell my mum approved of Robin, and my sister... well, she was being herself.

"That was very nice Miss. Thompson." Robin said politely.

"Oh, please, call me Olivia." She smiled.

This was going better than I expected.

"So, what are you going to do for the christmas holidays?" My mum asked Robin.

"We were thinking of having a small party at mine. we thought you, Kailey and Kacy would like to come. Like a small little gavering of families." He said.

"That sounds wonderful! What do you think girls?" She asked us.

"I'd love to." I said.

"Sure, me too." Kailey said.

"It's a date." My mum said.

"Great!" Robin said happily.

Me and Robin left to got to the forest for a bit. It's become our little place, just for us. We thanked my mum before we left and packed a sandwhich just in case we were hungry, though I was really full from the lasagne.
