CHAPTER 19

I know I am dreaming again but this time I don't see myself in it. Instead I saw two dark sillouettes talking in a library.

"I think it is better if you tell her." A guy sitting was saying.

"Don't meddle with this. It's hard enough to keep this facade and I don't want her to complicate things." The guy answered while standing near the drape on the window.

"But she is involved now because you made her part of your life. It is better to tell her and risk it than continue making her blind to everything. She can be a target now and she doesn't even know it." The guy sitting was really frustrated. He suddenly stood and paced around the library.

"Why are you so work up about this? You are not involve here. It is my decision to make." The guy standing answered annoyed.

"Then you better straighten up and do something before she actually gets hurt okay. You are not King yet so you don't command me." And with that the guy pacing bolt for the door and bang it while the other guy just seem to look at the door thinking deeply.

I wake up suddenly and heard the banging on my door.

"Meg, come on open up." Luke is yelling and banging on my door at the same time. My head hurts by the noise and from lack of sleep.

"Luke will you stop the yelling." I open my door and Luke immediately sits on my bed.

"What is wrong with you. I thought something bad happened with you. I've been knocking and shouting at your door for the past 15minutes." He looks angry and relieved at the same time.

"Uhm really? Sorry I guess I am deep in my sleep." I sit next to him and hold his hand. He looks so distraught and I'm trying to appease him.

"I was so worried Meg. Mom and dad weren't home and when i went outside i saw a dead deer near the garden and maybe i freaked out a bit." He inhaled sharply and tried to calm himself.

"I'm sorry Luke. I went out last night to talked to Casper, actually just over the edge of the forest. And uhm we had a little misunderstanding that's why i slept late." I didn't tell him about running into Seb. I don't like to complicate things as of the moment.

"Huh, so are you okay? What did you fought about?" He look at me intently. I don't know what to tell him since our parents prohibited me from telling Luke and it's not my secret to tell anyway. So i just shrug.

"It's okay Meg. Everthing will work out just fine." He then hug me before leaving my room.

I lie on my bed again and think about what happened last night and then about my dream. I'm puzzled about what it means but however I try to analyze their conversation I still can't understand it.

I stand to take a shower when vertigo suddenly hit me. I hold my hand for the sudden swirling of my surroundings. And then as fast as the dizzying occur it stop suddenly.

Whoa, that was intense. I took a shower, then I ate breakfast with Luke.

"Do you have any plans for today?" I ask Luke while chewing my food.

"I think I'll meet with Alex. We plan to go to the mall later. You want to come with us? We can invite Rhian to come with us."

"I think I'm gonna pass. I just want to stay home today." I really don't feel like going out today. Luke shrug and continue eating.

Later I was left all alone and I just watch tv and relax on the couch while munching popcorn. I was so into watching the Vampire diaries marathon, can't get enough of Damon Salvatorre. He is so hot and gorgeous. The doorbell suddenly rings that I Almost jump on the couch. I went to open the door and there stood Sebastian smiling handsomely at me.

"Mind if I join you?"

I was so surprised by his presence I just stood there staring at him like he were some kind of apparition.

"Hey It's okay if you don't want. I don't want to impose." He said then starts to back away. I immediately grasp his arm and I swear I feel goosebumps all over me.

"Oh sorry i'm just not expecting anyone but i don't mind having you here." I mentally slap myself. Oh brother, I think I am losing my mind.
