George woke up a couple of hours later and went to see how Colin, Daisy and Mike were. He opened the door and saw that Mike was still awake. "Hi Mike," he whispered. "Hey. How are you?" "I'm fine." He looked to the kids and saw that they were deep in their sleep. He looked back to George and saw that he looked exhausted. He got out of bed and walked over to his friend.

"Go back to bed and get some rest. You look exhausted." "Thanks." "Go on. I'll see you in the morning." He nodded as Mike made sure he got to his room ok. When George was in bed, Mike went back to bed.

Jonathan twitched in his sleep three hours later and his parents sensed it as it woke them up. They decided to see if Mike was awake. Once they saw that his son was asleep, they decided to leave him to sleep and went to check on Jonathan.

They opened his door and saw him twitching a lot. "Hi Jonathan." They walked towards the bed as they suddenly heard movement. They looked towards the door as they saw Daisy walking towards George's room as she was still in human form. Mike and Jonathan's mother decided to follow her and saw her walking towards the bed.

She walked towards Daisy and whispered, "hey. What are you doing up?" "I had a bad dream. I tried to wake up Mike, but he was sleeping." "He's just tired. Come on. I'll take you downstairs and I'll make you some warm milk." She shook her head as she continued to walked up to the bed.

She climbed onto the bed as she watched George sleep. She settled down next to him as Mike and Jonathan's mother went to the cupboard near the bed and carefully opened the cupboard door and grabbed a blanket to cover Daisy up as she cuddled up to George as he remained in a deep sleep. "Try and settle down now Daisy. Try not to disturb him." She nodded as she then fell asleep as Mike and Jonathan's mother left them to sleep as she returned to Jonathan.

"I'm back. Is he still twitching?" "Yeah. It's just his dream. He'll be fine. Maybe we should leave him." She shook her head. "Not until he's stopped twitching." They waited until their son was calm in his sleep before they left.

They left ten minutes later once Jonathan had stopped twitching. Colin suddenly woke up. He nudged Jonathan's arm as his parents told Colin that he needed to sleep and that his sister was with George.

"When do you think he'll wake up Jake?" "I don't know Grace. Why don't we just let him wake up once he's ready?" "I just want to make sure he's fine." "He's a big boy Grace. He'll come down when he's ready." His parents whispered back and forth to each other until the door opened to reveal Claire.

"Hi," she whispered. "Is he awake yet?" "No, not yet," his father told her. "Go and get some breakfast and I'll watch him. It's half past nine." They kindly thanked her as they let her look after their son as she took his hand while he slept. "Take your time Jonathan." He sat up a little as he settled down again as he squeezed her hand.

It was two o'clock in the afternoon when Claire decided to leave Jonathan as he hadn't woken up. Mike walked into the room and told Claire that he'd watch his brother as he wanted to wait until he woke up.

He watched his big brother sleep as he sat on the chair next to the bed. "Please try and wake up Jonathan. We need you. You're needed downstairs right now." Jonathan's eyes moved as he slept and Mike kept his mind open in case his big brother needed him.

"Mike?" "I'm here Jonathan. You've really overlaid. It's a few minutes past two in the afternoon. Take it easy." He got out of bed and went to the kitchen to have something to eat. Mike told him that everyone apart from Claire went hunting as she sat outside in the back garden as she looked after Colin and Daisy and he saw that she was falling to sleep, but she tried her best to stay awake.
