The Beginning

Catherine POV

Today is the big day. I was going to tell Alexander something. Dang it I forgot it. Oh well that happens lately. I am now 21 just incase you are confused. Deacon hasn't came after me. Somehow I don't think he will. I was making scrambled eggs when Alex came down. We bought our own house already. "Hey." He says as he kisses my temple. He looks around. "Hey, whats wrong?" I say as I finish cooking. "Nothing." He says quickly. Um I know him well enough to know something was bothering him. Now I remember! "Hey I need to tell you something." I say. I have been wearing a jacket to cover up my shirt. I hear a knock at the door. He goes to open it. He comes back with Ari and Beth at his side. "Come on Cat we are going to the movies." Beth says and leaves along with Ari. "But-" I get cut off by Alex. "Just go with them I'm going to be busy today." Alex says trying to convince me to go with them. Very strange. "But I need to tell you something." I say. He hugs me and looks at me in the eye "Go." He whispers mostly urging me to get out of the house. Triple strange. "Okay." I say as tears brim in my eyes. Before he can say anything I leave and shut the door behind me.

Alexander POV

I stand there in shock. She was going to cry. Duh you never let her tell you something Jay said. Crap. She will be happy tonight though I have a big date-ish thing planned. She has to be happy.

Catherine POV

This whole day has been exhausting. I then went home. I see rose petals leading somewhere. I follow them it leads to our room. There I see a beautifal dress and a note.

Wear the dress and meet me in the woods in our place,

I put on the dress but also put on the shirt I had before over the dress. I then put on a jacket. I go to our place or in other words the place I first showed him. I see him in the middle of the clearing. It was exactly like my first date but no table and food. Still amazing though. I smile up at him he smiles back. We then dance to some music. "So whats the big deal?" I ask out of curiosity. "Because of this." HE said then goes down on one knee. I stare at him wide eyed. "Catherine Macy Wood you are a amazing, strange and mysterious person that I love. I have spent over 2 years with you. I have made memories with you. I would love to make more with you if you will let me. You have a past and I know that. I want you to know that you won't have to face your problems alone. I love you so much. I fall deeper and deeper in love with you each day. I want to spend the rest of my life with you. So the only question left to say is... Will you marry me?" He said. I was speechless I stand their not able to talk. He looks at me nervously. "YES!!!" I scream out. He then puts the ring on my finger. Right when he was going to give me a crushing hug I stepped back. He looked at me worried and scared that I won't stay with him. "Look you know how married couples are based on the truth and all." He nods nervously and I continue "Well..." I say as I unzip my jacket. I take his hand and put it on my belly. My shirt said 'Our Baby' and it has a arrow all the way down to my stomach. He reads it and looks at me. Looks at shirt, me, shirt, me. Shirt. Me. Shirt. Me. I was starting to think that he didn't want it. I was about to cry. He then picks me up and spins me around. "Your pregnant. My pup. Our baby." He mutters under his breath. "I'm going to be a dad!" He yells. I crack a smile. "This is what I wanted to tell you earlier." I tell him once he has calmed down. "How far along are you?" He asks. "1 month the reason I didn't say anything was because I thought you will kick me out or something." I say as I look at the ground. He picks me up I wrap my legs around his waist. "I will never do that. I want a baby and now I have one." he said. I smile at him. "Married and pregnant." I say. He chuckles. We dance a bit more then we look up at the moon. "I thank the moon goddess each day because she gave me you. " I hear Alex say. I smile I then come closer to him. I have my own family now and I'm happy with that.
