It's Time

-------- 5 Months Later --------

Catherine POV

These past 5 months has been exhausting, joyfull, and pure on a complete mess. I am now 6 months pregnant and tomorrow I was getting married. Yup we waited this long. So far we have everything done except the dress. Yeah I know what you are thinking Are you even going to fit in a dress probably not. But Ari will never stop. She is dragging me here and there. She finally turned 21 and her and Lucas are thinking on having a baby. She is also helping me plan my wedding along with Beth. Beth and Ben are really happy with Maya and are thinking to adopt another child for Maya to have a buddy. I'm so tired and hungry. I am not nervous about tomorrow you want to know why. It is because I am too tired/ hungry/sleepy to care. I know you have to pay attention to this and that. Well I will untill I get food and rest. Ari sees that I'm tired and we go get something to eat. "Thought of any names, what gender is it?" Beth asked. "We don't want to know, like a surprise. If it's a boy I was going to name it Caden. If it was a girl Alex was going to name her Rosette or Rosa." I say answering her question. "Can we go home." I whine. "Fine." Ari says clearly frustrated.

------------ At House ------------

I snuggle deeper and deeper into the covers. I fell asleep as soon as I got home which felt like 30 minutes but was actually 3 hours. I woke up but I wanted to continue sleeping. "How are you feeling love?" I hear Alex ask. I mumble into the pillow. "I couldn't hear that say it again." he says I hear shuffling. "Tired" I say as I move my head away from the pillow. I start getting up but I feel hands on waist. I lean into the touch. I start dozing of but I get the feeling to pee. Dang seriously I can't get good sleep since I have to pee every 5 minutes. After doing my business I see Alex standing there looking at me. "What?" I ask. "I'm going to be a dad and I'm going to be married." He said as he hugs me. "I love you so much." He said. "I love you too." I reply. "Time to sleep we have a big day tomorrow." He said. I nod and start dozing of again.

------------ Morning ------------

So today is the big day and so far I don't have cold feet or morning sickness. We were going to start the wedding at 12 and it's already 11:30. It took 1 hour to do my hair and make-up yeah you heard me make-up. They only put a bit of mascara and eye liner. It took a couple of minutes to get into the dress. Yeah I was so excited. I haven't had anything for breakfast. I see Ari coming in her dress. She is the maid of honor and my sister is the matron of honor. She comes next to me and we have small talk. I look at the clock 11:58. I get ready next to my dad. My palms get sweaty. Great now I'm getting nervous. My dad looks at me knowingly. "Look he is out there and he is the one who asks this. He loves you. He wants a family with you. He will never leave you." My dad said. I hug him "Thank you." I whisper into his ear. I hear the music begin. Time to do this Ava said. I then walk out through the doors. As I walk down the aisle I see everyone I care about. I then look up at Alex. He was wearing a tux of course. He looked amazing I'm pretty sure I look like a walrus. I get passed onto him. I glance at him and smile. He smiles back. The priest unites us. Then it was time to say our vows. "I, Alexander Bush, take you, Catherine Macy Wood, to be my lawfully wedded wife. To have and to hold. For better or for worse. In sickness or in health. To love and cherish, untill death do us apart. This is not the end of my vow. I promise to help you in any kind of trouble even from your own past. I will always be there with you. If you push me away I will come back. If you scream at me I won't say a word. If you cry I will hold you. If you are happy I will cherish those moments. The reason why is because I love you and this is my solemn vow." He said. I was about to cry but I held in the tears. "I, Catherine Macy Wood, take you, Alexander Bush, to be my lawfully wedded husband. To have and to hold. For better or for worse. In sickness or in health. To love and cherish, untill death do us apart. Just like you this is not the end. You showed me love. You showed me to live again and to not let something in the past hold you down. You showed me something I couldn't see alone you showed me a life that is happy and sad. Anger and jealousy. A way to have a better perspective of things. To always view the good side. I want to show you the things that you showed me. Thank you, I love you and I always will this is my solemn vow." I say. "You may kiss the bride." He said. We shared a passionate, sweet kiss then we pull away. I was happy, I am married and now we have a baby on the way. We dance around a bit. We ate cake and the party ended around 6. I got home and dressed in more comfortable clothes. We are not going to have those honeymoons. We were just going to spend time with our friends around a fire. Thing is the bonfire doesn't start untill 9 so I have 3 hours of free time. I'm dressed in sweats and Alex's shirt. Time to get lazy Ava said. You said it I responded. Me and Alex went to sleep for 2 hours. We ate for about 30 minutes. He was cooking and it tasted amazing. And then we got ready for the bonfire.

--------- At Bonfire ---------

Everyone was laughing and drinking soda. We were talking about our old jokes. "Remember that time that I jumped in the pool with my phone in my pocket and it didn't work for a month." Ari said. Me an Beth nod and smile. After 2 hours I start getting tired. "Time to go." Alex said. I get up and walk we were still in our group but before we seperated I said this, "Hey guys thanks for being in my wedding and being their when I pushed you away. You guys helped me. Y'all made me more happy than I could have been. We always stuck together. Even when times were tough we still sticked together. Thank you for being my friends. Thank you for helping me. Most important thank you for being there."

Hey people the next chapter is the epilogue. So yeah its going to finish. It's a short story.
