Pit held his chest as he sat in the bleachers of Link's first battle of the forth season. It was quite the nail biter because not only was Link his number one choice but the hero was battling his goddess.

Link struck then she shot him with light. He blocked and she hit with her staff.

Pit didn't want to watch. He covered his face with his wings.

"LINK! LINK! LINK!" the crowd cheered.

Pit peaked out to see Link cornering Palutena. As he went to strike she took him over the edge with her. She went to fly and Link used his hero spin to propel himself upwards. He jumped onto the goddess's shoulders and flipped onto the stage. His weight had shot her downwards and off the stage. Link twirled his sword and sheathed it with a smirk.

Pit's wings flew open as he cheered for the hero's victory, "Go Link!"

Link leaned against a wall in the arcade room. Pit walked past and took notice of the bored Hylian. "Hey Link, to congratulate you...want to game in my room?" Link smiled and nodded.

They walked to his room. "That was a good match," complimented the Angel. "The goddess is a worthy foe," Link adds. Pit unlocks his door and they walk inside.

Link sits on the bed as Pit hooks up a system. "Want to play Soul Caliber?" Pit asks. Link nods as the Angel insert the disk into the Game Cube.

Pit sits at the edge of the bed as Link moves to hold him from behind. They play a few rounds and enjoy themselves. Link is resting his chin on Pit's shoulder as the screen loads. Pit runs his fingers through Link's fluffy blond locks and giggles. The hero kisses the angel's tanned shoulder and smiles. Pit kisses the Hylian's cheek with a chuckle. Both boy smiled with red blushes across their faces. "Gods you're perfect," whispers the angel. Link leans forward and pressed his lips to Pit's.

The next morning Link navigated through the halls. Children screams came his way. Toon Link, Ness, and Villager all attached themselves to the grown Hylian hero. Toon on his shoulders with Ness and Villager on each leg. "Get back here you runts!" a familiar voice yelled. Link crossed his arms.

Pit ran up with his upperdash arm and a face full of rage. The Angel ran towards them and the children screamed. Pit came to a screeching halt before an angry Link. The brunet blinks and smiles kindly up at his lover, "Good morning, Link." Pit stood on the tips of his toes and pecked his cheek. Link smiled but focused back on his scolding, "Don't chase the kids. Ness nearly wet himself." Pit's head tilted in confusion, "Chase them? I'd never scare the little guys." Toon pointed at the angel's weapon. Pit looked down at the arm with wide eyes, "I-I never equipped this!"

Link rolled his eyes before walking all the boys to their shared room. Pit stood in the hall confused, "I...didn't do it."

In the shared should room, Link kneeled before Toon, "What did you guys do to him?" Ness crossed his arms, "Nothin'! We just minded our own business in the hall when a arrow flew past our heads!" Toon and Villager nodded. Link rubbed his temples, "So he attacked unprovoked?" They all nodded.

At dinner Link sat next to Zelda and Ganondorf. Across from Link was Fox who was having a humorous conversation with Falco. Zelda turned to the hero and smiled, "I hope Palutena has not gotten in the way?" Link nodded and whispered, "Not at all. Pit has kept a very good eye out for her."

Suddenly there was a loud gasp. Fox repeated an apology to the Angel, whom he spilled his drink onto. Pit looked down at his cherry soda stained tunic and frowned. He slammed his hands on the table as he stood up, "You mangy animal! Do you have any idea-?"

Link looked up at Pit in shock. Pit blinked and released Fox's collar, "Th-that's okay. Accidents happen." Pit smiled kindly at the scared pilot before walking to his room to change.

Peach excused herself and ran after Pit. Link then excuse himself and claimed he needed "the little hero's room" before a snide remark from his villian.

Peach stood outside Pit's room and knocked, "Pit, what was that just now?" She heard footsteps behind her and turned. Link was fumbling through his satchel and pulled out Pit's spare key, "He gave it to me in case he got locked out." Peach nodded as Link unlocked the door. "Pitty," the hero called.

The Angel walked out from the restroom in his under clothes, "Hey guys. What's up?" Link closed the door as Peach made the first move. "Pit? Is something wrong? You're acting strange," Peach held his hand. Pit raised a brow, "I don't know what you two are talking about. Shouldn't we be back at dinner?" Link blocked the door knob, "Pit. We're serious." The angel's feathers raised, "Link. I'm totally fine. Now I should get back, my pizza is getting cold." Link looked at the princess who shrugged. They all walked back to the dining room.

Fox scoots his chair further from Pit and places his new cup on the opposite side. Link continues with his dinner as him and Peach exchange suspicious looks.

After dinner Link pulled Zelda aside and sat with her on the edge of the fountain outside. "I don't know Zelda. He's acting really out of character," the hero worried. Zelda rested a finger on her chin in thought, "Is he bipolar?" Link shook his head, "Impossible. I've spend every day with him last season and he was never like this. He was always so...happy, energetic, and caring." The Princess giggled, "You care for him so much." The hero nodded, "So much..."

Zelda held his hands, "I've noticed he's normal only around you. Spend as much time as you can with him. Maybe he's having affection withdrawal." Link nodded, "I will. I hope Rosalina won't mind handling Palutena."
