Bella's PoV
Two years had passed right before my eyes. It was now the second year of university for me and Finn. Luckily, we had both applied to places near each other. I had applied to Cardiff and Finn had applied to Bristol. They were only a drive away Finn'd say. He said we could manage this long distance relationship and actually we were managing. Finn would drive over every weekend to save me driving as I'd get hopelessly lost. He'd always love seeing me, said it was his favourite thing in the world.
It was Saturday today and I was getting worried. Finn had called me yesterday saying that he was going to drive up today rather than yesterday. I had accepted that he'd probably have things to do with the busy uni life and that was fine.
I paced round the house, scrubbing at dishes to get rid of my impatience.
"Bella? What's up, you've been angrily scrubbing dishes for 2 hours now? Where's Finn?" Lily my house mate approached me, yawning, taking the dishes out of my hands.
"Lil, it's nothing. Don't worr-"
"Where's Finn?" She demanded. "It's the weekend! Call him!"
Obeying lily I picked up the phone. I left a message after the beeps had taken me straight to voicemail.Hey Finn,
It's only me- belle. I was just wondering where you are. Call me. I love you.I ended the voicemail, placing my phone on the granite work surface.
"I'm worried, lily. What if something's happened?" She shook her head.
"No, come on. He's probably just lost track of time. You know how boys are... Unreliable. Unlike a bar of chocolate and a chick flick", she grabbed a copy of The notebook and a bar of smooth chocolate, sitting me down on the sofa and wrapping a blanket around my shoulders.❉ ❥❃ ❂❁❀❉ ❥❃ ❂❁❀❉ ❥❃ ❂❁❀❉
