Determined by answers, my heart thumped faster reading Finn's journal.
Dear Bella,
Today I saw Liam who surprisingly has a girlfriend, her name's lily. She goes to your uni in fact you probably know her.
Lily was dating Liam.
Liam was alive.
Being productive, i skipped to the next entry.
He was alive
I flicked through more chapters, no mention of Liam or his supposed death. I sighed with relief, turning my phone on to ten missed calls from Jacob and a voicemail.
I played the voicemail, intrigued by what he had to say.
"Bella you're probably right, but look there's some things you have to know. Listen to me-"
Liam
I ended the voicemail when I saw Liam approaching the bench I was sat at.
I crammed my phone and the journal into my bag, wanting to keep this suspicion my little secret.
"Liam!" I yelled, shocked seeing him in Bath.
"I thought you'd need a ride," he said, as I followed him heading home.
I'd had enough of all the lies here, wanting to leave them forever.
