Okay so I'm starting something new. I'm adding music to the chapters. Yeah deal with it.
Song of the Chapter: Drift by Emily Osment.
I woke up the next morning to blinding sunlight. I sat up in bed and groaned. Great I get to see that jerk Grant. I cant believe I agreed to that date.
'You are very stupid Cassie.'
'Shut up brain.'
'You're the one thinking this.'
'I don't like you. You're depressing and mean.'
'I'm you stupid.'
'See what I mean?!'
And there I go again with the mental arguments.
Anyway last night was awful. It started out okay, but when it got to drop off time and he tried to kiss me that's when it went down hill.
(LAST NIGHT!)
"I had fun tonight." Grant said
"Yeah..." I trailed but Grant didn't noticed. Instead he leaned in lips puffed out, crawling over his seat on top of me "No Grant, I'm not very comfortable..." I said but he just cut me off by pressing his lips to mine. I pushed him back slightly. He started kissing my neck. I tried to push him away and said more sternly "No."
"You don't tell me what to do." He said angrily and pushed himself between my legs. I screamed out and pushed him off me. Grant just grabbed me and growled but that's when the door opened. Grant was yanked out of the car and I heard a punch. Suddenly Kyle's head popped into the car.
"Cassie?! Are you okay? Did he hurt you?!" Kyle asked frantically
"Y-you w-were r-right!" I cried and hugged him tightly. Before I spoke I didn't even realise I was crying.
"Wanna go inside?" He asked talking into my hair. After that he carried me up to his room and we talked for a little while but as we talked I got a little curious.
"What are your parents like?" I asked
"My mom is awesome. She reminds me of you a little. She's always there for me even when I do something stupid and she is the greatest cook." He said with a small yet true smile on his face.
"And your dad?" I asked and his smile fell.
"He left. He went on a business trip just before Zach was born cheated on my mom and left." He said bitterly "Last I heard he's in the Bahamas with his new wife and son. And he has the nerve to act like he's still my dad."
"Kyle." I said quietly and put my hand on his cheek. He looked up and his eyes softened. I dropped my eyes and pulled away "I-I'm going to go home now. Thank you for coming when you did." I quickly pecked his cheek and walked out of the room.
(TODAY!)
I pulled down the street to my school without even realising I had gotten into my car. That's one of my problems. I get to thinking about something and start methodically doing my house hold chores or getting ready for school and then next thing I know I'm done or at my next destination! I pulled into the school parking lot and hopped out of my car. As I walked I heard a few girls and boys whispering about something.
'She slept with Grant?'
'That whore.'
'Poor Grant.'
'She took his virginity!'
'Skank.'
'Slut'
