Sorry it's been so long since my last update.

Thanks for being patient with me and reading this story.

Dean snorted. "So now all men are stupid just because your body decides that it needs to reproduce?"

I sighed and closed my eyes. "I guess not."

I opened them again when I felt a hand gently press against my face. "I am sorry that you feel this way because of me," Kieran whispered.

I nodded. "I know."

Bobby glared at Kieran as Sam rubbed his eyes. "So what do we do now?"

I laughed. "Well one of you better take me upstairs...unless you want me to collapse trying to get there by myself."

Dean quickly swept me off my feet and started striding towards the staircase as Kieran called, "Hey, put my wife down!"

Dean snorted as he continued walking. "I don't think she wants you touching her right now since you're the reason she's feeling like this."

I could hear Kieran following Dean as he started carrying me up the stairs. "I didn't know this would happen to her."

Dean grunted as Kieran roughly grabbed his arm, causing him to almost drop me. "Dude, are you trying to make me drop her? 'Cause if she gets hurt because of you, I'm going to beat the crap out of you."

Kieran gasped. "Of course I don't want you to drop her. I just think that as her husband, I should be the one taking care of her."

Dean laughed. "You couldn't even catch when she collapsed the first time and you were standing right next to her. What makes you think that I'm gonna trust you carrying her?"

Kieran shrugged. "I did not know that she would collapse. It was very careless of me not to realize that my presence would have negative effects on her."

Dean put me down, stood in front of me, and then pushed Kieran away from him. "Well maybe you should have."

Kieran opened his mouth to say something but Dean cocked his fist back and hit Kieran in the face. The force of the blow knocked Kieran down the stairs. Dean then smirked and turned back to me and picked me up. He continued carrying me up the stairs and put me in the bed I was in before. Before he left, he made sure that I was comfortable and had everything I needed.

He was hovering over me when I had finally had enough. "Dean, I'm good."

Dean backed up and held his hands up. "Okay, okay. I'm going."

Dean smiled and turned to leave. Just was he was going out, Kieran was coming in. Dean tensed and blocked the doorway. Kieran stared up at Dean in a mixture of fear and anger. Dean snorted and shook his head before moving away so Kieran could enter the room. Dean left but you could tell that he hovered for a moment outside the room just to make sure everything was alright.

After Dean was completely out, Kieran shut the door in an attempt to block him out. When he turned back around, I could see that Kieran had a bruise already forming around his eye. He walked over to me and gently sat down on the bed next to me.

Kieran took my hand. "I hope you know that I truly am sorry for this change."

I smiled gently at him. "I know."

Kieran smiled back at me. "I'm glad, Meara."

I slowly touched his face, which was cut slightly. "Dean really did some damage to you."

He raised his eyebrows at me. "Yes, he does throw quite a punch. He seems to carry around a lot of anger."

I sighed and dropped my hand from his face. "He's just tired of feeling helpless in this whole situation. He doesn't like bullies. He's a protector and always has been."

He laughed. "That, I believe. But he shouldn't have to protect you from me, your husband."

I shook my head. "He doesn't trust you to be around me. It took a lot of convincing for him to even trust me...but now that he has, he's determined to keep me safe."
