HALEY'S P.O.V

COUPLE DAYS LATER
CHAPTER:4
I wake up it's the weekend I don't have to clean today so I get up make pancakes and eat everyone's asleep. I change into my bathing suit and go to the pool.

No ones ever here I put my sun screen on and lay for a little bit. "Hey" I hear a deep voice I know who it is Nathan. "Hey Nate" I say we've became better friends these past 2 weeks he sits beside me. "Why are you alone" he asks "there still sleeping" I reply. "Well they suck" Nathan says "why" I ask "because any one could come here and since you're like tiny they could just kidnap you" he says I laugh. "Sure Nathan" I say "well get up"he says "why" I ask "we're going to the beach" he says. "Why is that" I ask "because it's better than a pool" he replies I get up and we walk to the beach.

      We get there I set my towel down "are you coming" he asks "where" I ask. "Into the water" he said "what if I said no" I ask "I would pick you up and bring you with me" he says. "Ok" I say and walk with him to the water. "If it's cold I hate you" I say "why do you not like cold water" he asks "because I'll be cold" I answer we walk in "it's cold" I whine "stop being a baby" he says I get in deeper. He dives in "come on" he says I dive in i get used to the water. "See it's not bad" he said. "Ew" I screech getting closer to Nathan "what" he asks "I swear I felt a fish or animal under me" I say "you didn't" he says "oh I think I see something behind you" he says I jump on him. "I'm kidding Haley " he says I get off of him and hit him. "Why is your chest so hard" I say "because I work out" he smirks "well I hate you" I said. "If there's a animal of some sort I will kill you" I say he laughs "I'm here hales nothing will happen to you" he said.

     I get into our room Lucas and Brooke are sitting on the couch. "Where were you" Lucas asks "I went to the beach" I say "oh" he says I get changed into my jean shorts and a t shirt. "What are you guys watching" I ask "I don't know what it is" Brooke says "are you ok Luke" I ask "I'm fine" he says. "Can I talk to you Haley" he asks we go to the kitchen. "Why were you at the beach with Nathan"
He asks dammit. "What are you talking about" I play dumb "don't play dumb Haley" he says. "Fine I have to clean with him" I say. "That doesn't answer my question" he said "well he's um... Not so bad he's nice to me" I say oh god "what the hell he hazed me since I joined the basketball team he's a Jack ass Haley how could you be so dumb" he yells. "Don't call me dumb has he done anything to you huh he's been really nice lately" I say. "You know what Haley you only care about yourself" he screams "no I don't if anything I don't care about myself enough you're a dick" I say and storm out of the room. I sit by the pool dipping my feet in crying I hear some one walk to me I wipe my tears "Haley" I hear Nathan "mm hmm" I say "what's wrong" he asks sitting next to me. "Nothing" I lie "I know something's wrong you're crying tell me" he says. "It's just Lucas" i say "what did he do" he asks getting angry. "Nothing it's fine" I lie again "Haley tell me" he says "he saw us at the beach and he asked what I was doing with you and I told him that we became better friends he called me dumb and said I only care about myself" I tell him. "Well I know what will make you feel better" he says smiling "what" I ask he picks me up and jumps in the water "Nathan" I yell he laughs. "Did it work" he asks "kinda" i laugh "let's go get some ice cream" he suggest "we're soaked" I say "I'll give you a shirt to put on" he says we get out and go up to his room. I walk into his room "it's a mess in here an you clean other condos" I say he laughs "I know" he says he gives me a shirt I go to the bathroom and change into his huge shirt. He laughs when I walk out "shut up I'm sorry I don't have the body of a man" I laugh. He gets his keys and we go.

    "What do you want" he asks "cookie dough" I say we went through a drive through.  He orders we get "thanks for helping me with the whole Lucas thing" I say "no problem" he says giving me my ice cream. "Thanks" I say. We get back to the condos. "Thanks again" I say as we walk up to our condos. "See you later" he smiles we walk into our condos. "Where were you" Brooke asks "some where" I say "what happened to your other shirt" she asks "don't ask" I say I walk into my room and change my shirt. Nathan was being really nice. I walk out and sit beside Brooke. "Where's Lucas" I ask "he went for a walk" she tells me. "So there's a clothing shop a couple blocks down do you want to go" Brooke asks "ya" I say. "Good cause I need new clothes" she says we get up and walk 2 or 3 blocks and there's a shop.

We walk in it pretty big there's summer clothes we look through them. "Oh my god this is so nice I need it" Brooke screeches I laugh. She goes the the fitting room and I wait for her to come out.

She walks out it's a nice red summer top. "It looks great on you Brooke" I say she smiles "you think oh I forgot to tell you Lucas has a buddy down here and there's gonna be a party at the beach an a bond fire" she says. "Oh are we gonna go" I ask Brooke nods I look for clothes for me then I see these skinny jeans I try them on they fit my curves now I look for a nice top. Then I spot one it's white it's a halter top shows a little of my stomach I try that on Brooke said I should get it so I thought I should.

"Are we finally gonna go" I ask "ya let's go pay" she says we pay for our things and go back to find Lucas watching basketball. "Hey boyfriend" Brooke says kissing him. "Hey" he says to her we just ignore each other. I walk to the room "Brooke come here" I tell from my room she walks in. "When's the party" I ask "in 2 hours and can I do your makeup" she asks "sure but not so much" I say. "Let's get started" she says she does our makeup my is nice it's a light pinks not too much and i kept my hair down and we got changed and it finally came to the time to go. "Lucas are you ready" Brooke asks him "ya" he replied we all go to the car and leave.
