CHAPTER: 24

  I wake up Nathan sleeping I get up an go to the washroom I take a hot shower and I change into my jeans and shirt and I make a coffee. "Tutor wife" Brooke says "what" I ask "have you seen Lucas" she asks "nope" I say. "What the hell" she says I give her a cup of coffee. "I don't know" I say I sip on my coffee then I here "shit" what the hell Nathan walks out "you ok" I ask "huh oh ya I fell off the bed" he says "how" I ask laughing a little. "It hurt don't laugh the blanket got stuck on me" he says. "Sorry" I say he sits down. "How's the legs" I ask "fine" he says. "Tutor wife he left pretty early and he hasn't picked up my calls or answered my text" she whines. "Well he's a dick" I say "yes I know" she says "you guys talking about Lucas" Nathan asks I hit his arm. "Don't say anything" I whisper to him. "I was gonna say he's a dick but ok" he says. "Brooke don't worry" I say then the door opens it's Lucas. Brooke walks out "where the hell were you" she says "I went for a walk then to the court" he says "I was worried you could've called I texted and called like a billion times" he says "sorry my phone was dead" he says. Then some ones phone rings. We all look at Lucas. "Really Lucas it's so dead" she says Nathan and I look at each other. "Why did you lie" she asks "because I wanted to be alone" he says. "Well then just say that" she says. "Did you take your medicine" I ask Nathan "no I don't need it it makes me weird" he says "ya I know but it helps with the healing process" I say "Haley" he whines "Nathan stop whining" I say "fine" he says I give him it. "Let's go to the beach tutor girl" Brooke says "Nathan um" I say "I'm not a baby you can go you don't new my permission" he says I kiss him and go and change and we leave. We get there and lay down. "Why do you think Lucas is being weird" she asks. "I don't know" I say "I know a girl Brooke and your opinion if her boyfriend kissed another girl would you want to know" I ask. "Who is this" she asks "you don't know her" I say. "Well i think she deserves to know I would want to know" she says. "Brooke that girl um well Nathan saw Lucas um well..." I got interrupted by some one. "Haley can we talk" I hear Lucas. "Um ya wait you left Nathan the medicine he takes makes him crazy" I say. "It's fine I just want to talk to you" he says we go to a private place. "Haley I'm sorry I shouldn't have said any of that it's was rude and it's your life you live it how you love it. So please forgive me" he says "I would but you kissed Peyton Brooke is in love with you literally do much and she just go and cheat on her you could've at least told her" I say. "How did you know" he asks "Nathan saw you guys" I say. "I know it happened twice well I slept with her once she kissed me once" he says "you slept with her" I say almost yelling. "Ya I know" he says "why" I ask "I don't know it just happened" he says "it just happened you have a girlfriend" I say "I know I'm sorry" he says "don't apologize to me do it to her" I say referring to Brooke. "I know but she'll probably brake up with me" he says "ya well I wonder why" I say sarcastically. "You have to tell her" "or I will" I say "ya I know" he replies. "Do you forgive me" he asks "only if you tell Brooke and don't cheat on her again" I say and walk away. I sit down "what happened" she asks "he apologized" I say "oh" she says.

  It's been an hour "let's go back" I say. "Ok" she says and we leave. We get back Nathan's on the couch. "Hey" I say "hi" he says "this sucks I can't do anything" he says I sit next to him. "Well you can it's just you can't do so much active things" I say. "Then that means I can't do anything" he says. "Don't be a baby you have one good leg am arm" I say "I know but both my left and left" I say. "You complain too much" I say he chuckles "ya ya" he says "I want to punch dan again it gets my anger out" he laughs "how did I do it with my left hand" he says. "Tutor wife tonight party" she says "um no Nathan" I say "you can go I'm gonna watch movies" he says "no it's fine" I say "Haley go for me" he says "first off no second you have a broken arm an a fractured knee what so you think you can walk around the doctor said if you want your knee to heal then you have to rest" I say. "Ya and I won't need anything" he says "don't argue with me" I say "don't argue with me I tell them the drag you out there" he says. "It will be boring without you" I say. "Ya ya no it won't you have Brooke" he replies "Nathan stop" I say. "No" he says "Brooke make her go" he says to Brooke. "No" I say "tutor wife please go you missed the last one too please" she say and gives me the puppy dog eyes. "No" I say "please I'll keep begging" she says "no" I say. She does the puppy eyes again. "No" I say "please please please please please please please please please please..." She begs "no" I say "Haley Bob James Scott that's a really long name but you better go to this party with me" Brooke says. "No" I say "please" she says Nathan looks at me with puppy eyes "this is so unfair 2 against 1 and both with puppy dog eyes I can do that too" I say. "Haley" they both say. "No" I say "please" Brooke says "...no" I say "you are going if you don't I will walk on this foot and pick you up and get you to the beach" Nathan says. "....fine" I say. "Why did you want me to go anyways wait a minute why can't you go" I ask "I need to rest" he says "that doesn't matter" I say "really so when I want to do something I'm not aloud but now I am" he says. "Yes" I reply. "No hales" he says "fine are you sure" I ask "yes" he says.

  It's time for the party and we're leaving. "Bye Nathan" I say and kiss him. "Have fun" he says we leave.
