HALEY'S P.O.V

CHAPTER:12

I wake up my alarm this is our last day of cleaning. I do my regular get 2 granola bars and go to Nathan's condo. I knock he opens it "good morning" I say "morning you're really cheery today" he says and pecks me on the lips "ya because it's our last day of cleaning" I say as we walk to our room.

We walk into the room it's not bad do we start. I put on music and dance and sing while I clean.

"Nathan hurry up you're taking to long" I say to Nathan who's lawn mowing "ok ya I can hurry up I'm lawn mowing hales" he laughs.

He finishes the lawn and we go to mr clars office. "Hello sit" he says we sit "you guys are finished with the cleaning but I want to know if you truly did the writing" he says to us. "We didn't we were just going for a walk and bumped into each other that's all" I say. "So you're telling me you didn't do it" he asks "ya" Nathan replies "well even if you are lying you're free to go" he says we leave.

"I still can't believe he doesn't believe us" I laugh "ya" he laughs too. "Do you want to come in so we can celebrate" he smirks "yes I would" I say we get into his house. "Where's Tim all the time" I asks "I don't know and don't care" he kisses me he pushes me agains the door his hands on my waist and mine on his neck. He then picks me up and walks to his room. Again we hear the door open to the condo. "Nate" Tim says we pull away he sighs "this always happens" he says to me. "What" he asks "can I talk to you" he asks "no not right now" he says I laugh and sit on his bed. "C'mon dude" he says "go" I say. He walks out I try to listen to what there saying. "You never hang with me you're always with that Haley chick" he says "well ya she is my girlfriend" Nathan replied I smile. "You are acting so different what happened to the one that's..." Nathan interrupts him "the one that's a dick and sleeps with everyone well he's gone" Nathan says. "You don't even play NBA live any more with me" Tim says. "Tim just stop" Nathan says and walks back in here. "Sorry Tim's being annoying "maybe you should spend a little time with him you did come with him here" I say feeling bad. "You think" he asks "ya it's fine I have Brooke and Lucas" I say "you're way to nice" he smiles "well I'll see you later" I say he kisses me.

I get back to my condo Lucas and Brooke aren't there. "Brooke Luke" I asks "yup" Brooke walks out of the room "hey" I say. "Hey" Lucas walks out. "Oh hales you didn't tell us about that guy yesterday" Lucas asks getting water for himself. "Well his name is... Mason he's really nice" I say "is he from tree hill and does he go to our school" Lucas keeps asking questions god. "He's from tree hill but he doesn't go to our school I don't know if I like him just yet" I say. "Oh" Lucas says. "Tutor girl we need to go shopping" Brooke says "ok" I say "right now" she says.

We walk out "mason really" she says "ya he believed it" I say "I know but you always go out with Nathan and you said you don't know if you really liked him" she says. "Ya I can say that me and Nathan are going as friends" I say "fine" she says.

We enter a clothing shop and look around "why do you need clothes" I ask "oh ya there a party again" she says "you guys never tell me anything this is the second time you haven't told me about a party" I complain "well sorry" Brooke says. "Try these shorts on there nice" Brooke tells me there black and have a layer of lace. I go into the change room and change into then they fit nicely I walk out "you look great in them you're getting them" she says "with this shirt try it" she hands me a white shirt it's longer in the back shorter in the front I walk out she just smiles and nods. I get changed back into my regular clothes. "Oh and tutor girl these gladiator sandals" she hands me them in my size. "Thanks Brooke oh when's the party" I ask. "At 6 now help me" she says we look through some clothes. Then I find a black shirt is halter top "here" I hand her it. We look for pants then Brooke finds jeans for herself. We pay for our things and leave.

We're walking home. "It's really nice out today" I say "ya it is" Brooke replies "so Nathan's probably gonna go" Brooke says "ya" I say. "So you can't be all Lovey dovey" she says. "Ya I know but I'm gonna have to tell Lucas some day" I say. "Ya but when is that day tutor girl" broke asks we get back to the condos "I don't know" I say.

We walk into the condo Lucas isn't there an there's a note saying.

I went to the basketball court I'll be back in maybe an hour

NATHAN'S P.O.V

I drive to the basketball court so I can shoot some hoops I get there. I take my ball and and start shooting then I hear some footsteps I look up to see Lucas. "What are you doing here" he asks me. "Why do you own this place" I ask "no" he says. "So you better not do anything to hurt your and Haley's friendship" he says I laugh "ya what will you do" I say "I'll beat your ass" he says. "Ok sure" I say "I did give you a black eye before I can do worse" he says. "Well so can I" I reply "just don't hurt her" he says. I start walking away to my car. I get in and go back because I am not shooting with him there he's a dick.

I get back to the condos I go into mine Tim's watching basketball. "Hey what's up when's the party" he asks I sit down "it's at 6" I say.

HALEY'S P.O.V

"C'mon Brooke you look great" I say "ok ok I'm done" she says. Broke Lucas and I leave. We get to the beach people every where we get out of the car music blaring. I look around and spot Nathan he's talking to some guys I smile because he's smiling and it's so cute. "Haley are you ok you're smiling really big" Lucas asks "ya I was thinking of something" I lie I stop smiling. "I'm gonna go get something to drink" I say and leave. I go and get something to drink and just I turn to see Nathan "you have to stop that" I laugh he smiles and kisses me because no one can see us. I pull away "so was Lucas invited again" he asks "ya, um we have to tell Lucas some time" I say Nathan scratches his head. "Ya but how and when" he says "how we just tell him where I don't know but he'll find out some how" i reply. "Ya ya but we can still keep it a secret for a little longer" he smirks and and kisses me he takes me to a private place and we have a make out session. I pull away when is here "Nathan" we hear some one "it's um Lucas" he says Nathan's body covering me my eyes go wide. "Ya what do you want" Nathan ask. "Can I talk to you" he asks. "Sure um meet me by the bar" Nathan says "ok" Lucas says and leaves I breathe out. "That was close" he says "mmm hmm" I say. "I'll be back" he kisses me and goes why does Lucas want to talk to Nathan.

I see a body walk over to me I see it's Lucas. "Haley" he asks "ya" I say "why are you over here" he asks. "Well I needed to think" I lie "Nathan was over here" he says "well I got here a couple minutes ago" I lie again. "Ok well me and Brooke are where we were last if you need anything" he says I nod. He walks off I sigh in relief. I see Nathan come back "he came over here" I laugh "what happened" he asks. "I told him I needed to think" I say "well I'm guessing you need to think because of this" he kisses me. We pull away "I guess you're right" I smile. I kiss him he hold my waist and lifts me around him I wrap my legs around him. He pushes me against a wall that I didn't know was there. We get out of breath and pull apart but seconds later we kiss again. My arms are around his neck he's still has his hands on my waist holding me up. We pull apart "come with me" he says putting me down "but Brooke and Luke will wonder where I am" I say. "Well they can text you" he says his hand holding mine he brings me to a little place. It's nice there's a pond. "This is pretty" I say "ya but not as pretty as you" he says I blush "you're so cheesy Nathan Scott" I say "ya but you love that" he said. "I guess it's charming" I say he kisses me then pushes me against a tree and kisses down my neck and goes back to my lips. We pull away he looks in my eyes "I...I love you Haley" he says "...you don't have to say it back" he says confused about my look. "I love you too" I say he kisses me with a smile.
