Everythings fine

Haley's POV

I wake up in Nathan's arm I get up and go to the washroom I woke up earlier today ever since Nathan I've been waking up later I usually wake up at 6 and he wakes me up at 7 now i look at myself in the mirror I lid my shirt up I have a little bump I smile at this. I change and go out. I go into the room and look at Nathan peacefully sleeping his abs showing, the blanket just above his waist I look at the time 6:45 I go up to him and sit I kiss him I feel him smile against my lips and he pulls me close as kisses me back I giggle. "Morning" I say "morning" he replies our faces centimeters away from each other. "So the way you woke me up...I would prefer that every morning" he says I smile "really...I don't know if I could do that now c'mon wake up get up" I say. "Sorry hales not everyone wakes up at 6 in the morning" he says I roll my eyes playfully at him. "Whatever" I say he chuckles and pecks me. I get up he groans and gets up too he does his things and we leave.

We get to school I make my way to my locker. "Tutor wife" I hear Brooke I turn. "Are you ok" she asks looking at me up and down. "Yeah I told you last night" I say she shrugs. "Whatever" she says I laugh and get my things. "So the baby's fine?" She asks I nod "good because I can't wait to have a niece or nephew" she squeals I laugh. "I know" I say. We start walking. "So what do you want a boy or girl?" She asks. I shrug. "I don't care" I say he nods. The bell rings and we go to our classes.

It's lunch I sit down. "So when will you know the gender?" Brooke asks. "Um maybe in 2 months" I say she nods. "I can't wait" I add. "I know me too...ugh you guys are just so adorable" she says Nathan isn't here he was doing something. "I gotta go check something in the tutor center ok" I say she nods I get up and walk out of the cafeteria. I walk into the tutor center. I unlock the things finding out who I have to tutor ok. I close it locking it up again. I turn to see Lucas...what the hell. "Hey hales" he says. "It's Haley" I say he nods slowly. "So how are you doing?" He asks. "I'm fine like you even care" I say. "I do" he says. "Ok whatever Lucas...I don't want to deal with you right now...ok I've had enough stress for the baby" I say not realizing what I said hi eyes go wide. "Baby?" He questions. I kinda freeze. "You're having a baby" he asks. "Yeah" I say he chuckles. "Ok wow...you're 17 Haley what the hell" he says. "I'm not dealing with this stop talking to me ok especially if you're gonna be rude about it" I say and push past him and go out. I sigh ugh I wish I didn't say anything. I then bump into someone I look up it's Nathan I smile. "Hey" I say. "Hey" he replies. "You ok?" He asks. "Yeah of course" I say he nods. "Why aren't you with Brooke?" He asks. "I had to go to the tutor center" I admit he nods. "You sure you're ok" he asks. "No not really Lucas was in the tutor center and it slipped out I said something about the baby and he knows now" I say. "Ok...that's fine but was he rude" he asks. "He wasn't the happiest" I admit he nods. "What did he say?" He asks I know he's angry but he's trying to hide it. "It's nothing really...it wasn't even bad" I say. "Hales just tell me" he says looking at me. I sigh "he said wow you're 17 Haley what the hell" I repeat. He sighs "don't listen to him ok" he says I nod he wraps his arm around my shoulder he walks with me. "Where were you?" I ask him. "Tim needed me he's said he's having a party on Friday and invited me but I said no" he says. "Why is he telling you so early and why don't you wanna go" I ask. "Is rather spend time with you" he says. "You can always spend time with me you're still a teenager just because you're married doesn't mean anything" I say. "And my wife's having a kid so yeah and I said I wanted to spend that time with you" he says. "Yeah but I'm only a couple months" I say he shrugs. "Whatever hales I'm not going" he say I lightly laugh I lean on him as we walk to my class the bell just rang. "I love you Nate" I say. "Love you too hales" he replies kissing my head and we go to our classes.

It's the end of the day I grab my bag. "Tutor wife" Brooke says I look at her. "Can you still cheer" she asks. "Yeah until I get pretty big" I say she nods with a sigh. "Thank god then we might just have to get Rachel" she says I laugh and nod. "Do we have practice?" I ask she shakes her head. "Does the basketball team?" I ask. "I don't know" she says I nod and walk away to I find Nathan. "Hey Nate do you have practice?" I ask. "No you ready" he asks I nod. He pecks my lips and intertwines our fingers and we leave.

We get to the apartment. I walk in dropping my bag in the couch I sit he sits next to me. I lean on him. "So I never asked...what do you want a girl or a boy?" I ask. "I don really care as long as she or he's healthy" he says I smile. "Yeah me too" I say. "But wouldn't you like a boy so you can teach how to play basketball" I ask. "Well yeah but if he doesn't want to play he doesn't have to I'm not gonna go all Dan Scott on him" he says. "Yeah" I reply. "So...have you found out about duke" I ask he applied to duke for basketball. "No not yet" he says. "Nathan...I was thinking and I applied to duke...because I don't want to be far from you and the baby will be born and we can't be far from each other" I say not looking at him. "Hales...you didn't have to do that if anything I could've came to the university you wanted to go to" he says I shrug. "There's no point..." I say "and if you eat to play basketball that's a great university" I say. He kissed my forehead. "How did I ever deserve you" he says. "Shut up" I say. I look up at him and kiss him God even though we've been married for a while he still makes me feel amazing.
