HALEY'S P.O.V

CHAPTER:9

    I woke up at 6:00 today couldn't sleep all night and now I have to work I get dressed eat and brush my teeth and watch tv.

    It's finally 6:50 I get up and go to Nathan's door Tim opens it "I need Nathan" I say "ok, Nathan" he yells he walks over here with out a shirt. "Hey you ready" I say "let me get my shirt" he says. He gets his shirt and we go.

    "We are you so tired we you look tired" he asks "couldn't sleep" I say "you should go get a coffee or something" he says "later I have to clean" I say "you don't have to do this room I can go" he tells me "I can stay I won't fall asleep" I say "pretty sure you will and you know what just take the whole day off" he say I laugh. "You're kidding right that's hilarious" I say "why hales I'm not kidding you're droopy today so go"he demands "no" I say. He gets up and picks me up and starts walking to my room "Nathan I can just walk back" I say "you won't and you won't be able to get in cause I'll lock it" he smiles. "Fine thanks" I say hugging him and going back into my condo that was so sweet I just plop on my bed and sleep.

NATHAN'S P.O.V

     I go back to the condo I was cleaning and start as fast as I can do it won't take so long I still have to mow the lawn.

    I'm on my last one and I go fast do I can do the outside. I hear footsteps I turn to see mr carls. "Where's ms James" he asks. "She couldn't sleep I told her she can take the day off" I scratch my head. "Ok don't forget to now the lawn" he said and walks out he wasn't mad. I finish up the condo and go out side to mow the lawn.

HALEY'S P.O.V

    I wake up couple hours later I get up and go out side to see a shirtless Nathan mowing to lawn I look at his body he is packed... Haley stop. He looks at me and smirks. I walk down the stairs and go up to him "hey thanks again" I say walking with him while he mows the lawn. "No problem and another thing is I saw you checking me out you like what you see" he smirks "shut up I was not" I say I was actually. "You were just admit it I thought you were the one to tell the truth you called me hot" he laughs "well that's true I wasn't looking at you" i lie.

   He finished lawn mowing and we sit by the pool. "I'm gonna go for a swim" he says "in your clothes" I ask "well my pants" he smiles "you do that" I say he jumps in. "This was a bad idea can you help me out" he said I walk over to him and he takes my hand and pulls me in. "I should have seen that coming Nathan" I say. "You're the one who fell for it" he laughs I push him playfully he leans in and grabs my waist and fills the gap between us I immediately kiss back. We pull away when we need to breathe "hales I need to tell you something" he says catching his breath "ever since well back at that party when you called me a dick I started to like you and it grew more and more this summer and I really like you Haley James" he says I smile "well I like you too" I say he smiles "well you do know I'm gonna have to kiss you" he laughs "well if you have to" I say. He kisses me it was amazing like he cared about me. We hear some one walking and pull away I turn my head to Brooke I don't think she saw us. "Tutor girl why are you in the pool with all your clothes on and boy toy around your waist" she questions "um Brooke we can talk later can you go back to the condo" I ask she nods and smiles and goes back. "Boy toy" he laughs I kiss him this is a great moment. We pull away "um maybe we should change" I say "ya" he says we get out a go to our condos. "Tutor girl I'm in your room come here" she squeaks I walk she sitting on my bed I close my door.

   "So it started I walked out to shirtless Nathan mowing the lawn. Any ways
That doesn't matter he jumped in the water and asks me to help him out and he pulls me in" I take a breath. "So after he grabbed my waist and then kisses me and after we pull away he tells me he really likes me ever since I called him a dick at the last party in tree hill" I say Brooke has a huge smile "then you came and when you left we kissed again" I say with a smile. "That adorable tutor girl" she says. We walk out Lucas is on the couch and watching basketball. We sit down Brooke beside Lucas me beside Brooke. I get up "you guys want anything to drink or food" I ask going to the kitchen "coffee please"Brooke asks I make us coffee and give it to her.

NATHAN'S P.O.V

    I finally got Haley. "Where you goin" Tim asks "some where" I say and leave I'm gonna go to the beach and I don't want Tim with me.

HALEY'S P.O.V

     "Tutor girl let go to the beach" she says "ok let me change" I say happily I'm with Nathan Scott. I get dressed and we go we get there find a perfect spot and set our towels down.
