CHAPTER: 32

HALEY'S POV

  I wake up the sun in my eyes I squint I see Nathan sleeping. I slowly get up without waking him up and I go to the washroom I take a quick shower and brush m teeth and go out and into the living room. I sit on the couch and my phone buzzes its a text from Brooke.

Brooke: we have to go shopping

Me: why

Brooke: for tonight

Me: you have enough clothes

Brooke: no come on please

Me: fine when

Brooke: I'll pick you up in an hour

Me: ok

I put my phone down and I hear footsteps Nathan shows up. "Morning" I say "morning" he replies with morning voice it's groggily his hair is messy. "Nice bed head" I say he laughs and sits next to me. "I'm gonna go with Brooke shopping he wants something for the party tonight" I say "ok" he says. I lean my head on his shoulder he puts his arm around me. "I love you hales" he says "I love you too" I say with a smile. We sit there watching tv for an hour.

There's a knock at the door I open it and see Brooke "hey you ready" she asks "ya" I reply I get my bag "bye Nate" I say "bye love you" he says "you too" I say and leave "you guys are so cute" he says as we walk to her car. "Thanks" I say we get into the car and she starts driving. "So you guys are coming right" she asks "ya I told you that" I say "ok just making sure so we are gonna get you something too" she says "I don't want to" I whine. "Too bad" she tells me.

We get I the mall and go into a store we look through the racks. "Ooh look at this shirt" she says taking out a white shirt "it's nice" I say "here" she says "I meant for you" I say "no we have different bodies so it's different" she says and gives it to me. I pick out some jeans too go with it she gets shorts and a cute top. We leave we go back to the my apartment "so when's the party" I ask and walk in no ones there there's a note.

I laugh "what" he asks "Nathan left a note" I say "so when's the party" I ask "at 7" he replies I look at the time 2:30. "Ok well I'm gonna go and I'll come back at 5:00 to get us ready" she says "ok" I say and with that she leaves. I sit down by the tv and watch tv. The door opens and Nathan walks in and closes the door. "Hey" he says "hey" I reply. He sits next to me. "Did you see the note" he asks with a smile. "Yes my absolutely hot, sexy and great husband I did see the note" I say and kiss him. Soon it turns into a make out session he lifts me into his lap then a phone rings. "Why" he says "can we just ignore it" he says "no" I say "why not" he asks "cause it could be important" I reply "hello" I answer "Lucas came by my house and tried to kiss me and Julian's here and they're fighting get over here" she says in a worried tone. "Ok I'll be there soon" I say an hang up. "Get up" I say "why" he asks "you need to break up another fight" I say he shakes his head and gets up "who is it" he asks as we get into the car. "Lucas and julian" I say "oh" he says. We get there and there on the grass punching each other. "Go" I say to Nathan and I go up to Brooke. Nathan takes Lucas away "what the hell" Lucas yells "get over it she found someone better" Nathan says they both look all punched up Brooke runs to Julian. "He's not better" Lucas says "he didn't cheat on her" Nathan says. Lucas looks so angry. "Now go idiot" Nathan says Lucas goes to his car and leaves. "Thanks Nate" Brooke says. Nathan walks over to me. "Thanks" I say "it doesn't matter you don't have to say thanks" he says I check my 2:50. "Ok Brooke we're gonna go" I say "ok" she says we leave. We stay silent in the car and we get to the apartment. We walk in "Brooke said she's coming by at 5" I say he sits down "ok" he says he turns the tv and watches basketball.

It's 5 and here's a knock at the door. I get it it's of course Brooke. She has her makeup kit and clothes and other things. She walks in "hey tutor wife come on" she says we go to my room. "Ok let me do your makeup" she says "Brooke I don't want to do anything" I say "just a little makeup a little" she says giving me puppy dog eyes "fine" I give in. She does some light eye shadow and I keep my hair down. I change into my skinny jeans and the t shirt I got and he does her makeup and changes am by that time it's time to leave. And Nathan walks in and he sees us. "You ready to go" he asks "ya" I reply and Brooke takes her car and we take Nathan's. We get there and go in. "Nathan...Haley" Rachel says giving me her fake smile I roll my eyes. "Glad you made it" she says looking at Nathan. Nathan puts his arm around me. Ha ya bitch. "You want something to drink" he asks "I'm ok" I say he pecks my lips "I'll be right back" he says I nod he leaves to get himself a drink. Brooke comes up to me "it's hard dating and going to parties" she says "I'm married" I say she laughs. "Ya I know" she says. "I'm gonna get a drink" she says I nod "Haley" I hear Rachel say I turn. "What" I ask "so I wanted to say that I don't get how Nathan would like someone that's fat and has a small head like you" she says that's it I bitch slap her. "You're a bitch" I say and then trying to find Brooke Nathan comes up to me. "I'm gonna go" I say "why" he asks "I just want to" I say "ok them let's go" he says "you can stay I'll take Brooke's car just drive her back" I say "hales I can go with you" he says. "No have fun" I say and find Brooke. "Hey Nathan will drive you home can I use your car I'm gonna go" I say "why" she asks "I'll tell you later" I say she gives me her keys and I go. Ugh I hate Rachel I get to the apartment I look myself in the mirror and then I go and change and go into the bed. I stay there awake the door opens it's only been 30 minutes why is he here so early.  He lays down I turn and face him "why'd you come so early" I ask "cause it was boring without you there" he says I cried a little before. "Why were you crying " he asks sitting up "I wasn't" I lie. "Haley" he says "am I fat" I blurt out "what the hell no" he says "do I have a small head" I ask "no I love your head hales" he says and kisses my forehead "who said this" he asks "no one" I lie. "Haley stop lying" he says "it was Rachel" I say "don't listen to her you're beautiful and you have a great body and head" he says and kisses me. "Thanks Nathan I love you" I say "I love you too" he says and kisses me again he lays beside me I lay on his chest and with that we fall asleep.
