CHAPTER: 21

I wake up tangled in my blankets. I turn to see the time it's 8:15 I rub my eyes and slowly get up and go to te washroom. I brush my teeth. Today is Nathan's birthday. I sit on the couch and watch tv.

An hour later the door from Brooke's room opens Brooke trudges out and look tired. "Morning tutor wife" she says and sits next to me "morning" I say. "Guess what" I say "what" she says "it's Nathan's birthday today" I say "that's great what are you guys doing" she asks. "Well I made a reservation at a nice restaurant and ya so we can have a night together" I say. "That's great" she says "and if you want to do anything doing come to our condo go to his" she says "shut up" I say with a giggle. I go to the kitchen "want some coffee" I ask "sure" she says I make us coffee and we watch Vampire Diaries.

Lucas walks out. "Morning broody" she says "morning" he replies. He makes himself a coffee and sits beside Brooke. I check the time 9:30. I get up "Brooke I'll be back" I say and leave I knock on the door. Tim opens it "Nathan" he says Nathan. Walks over here without a shirt and smiles when he sees me. "Morning and HAPPY BIRTHDAY" I say and kiss him. "Wow ok thanks and morning to you too" he says "I have some thing planned we're going to dinner tonight" I say "ok when" he asks me "at 7" I say "ok" he says "love you bye" I say "wait" he says and takes my arm "what" I ask he kisses me. "It's fine you'll be getting more tonight" I say with a sexy smile he smiles I go back. I go to my room and change into some jeans and and a t shirt.

"Brooke let's go to the beach" I say "ok let me change" she says we change and walk to the beach. We lay out our towels and lay on them. "So how old is he turning" she asks "17" I say "right" she says we stay silent. "It's too quiet here" we hear a husky voice right away I know it's Nathan "well we like being quiet and FYI you're in sun" I say he chuckles. "Tutor girl it's boy toy" Brooke says "I'm not an idiot you would think I can know it's my husband by his voice" I say "sorry it just that you have your eyes closed so you never know" she says. he sits beside me. "You guys like never go into the water why" he ask "I do some times this one says her hair gets frizzy so that's why" I say. "I heard it was your birthday so happy birthday" Brooke says. Then some one talks "oh it's your birthday happy birthday" I turn and see Mary the girl we saw at the beach. "That's her the one that was at the beach" I whisper to Brooke "she looks like a bitch" Brooke says. "Oh you guys were the ones that got stuck right" she asks "so you just go around and listen to people conversations and get into them without knowing who they are" Brooke says dammit Nathan's shirtless. "No I just over heard what you we're saying and who are you" she asks "Brooke Davis" she says "I'm Mary Conrad" she says. "Well you're blocking my sun can you leave" brooke says Rachel gives Brooke a quick glare then smiles at Nathan. I don't say anything "oh I hate that bitch" Brooke says. Nathan just laughs "what" she snaps. "Nothing it's just both of you hate her" he says "what's not to hate she's a total bitch" she says "I know a bitch when I see one" Brooke says. "Hales you're quiet really quiet" he says and smirks "shut up Nathan it's not true" I say "yes it is" he says "Nathan you're wrong" I say "I'm not" he say. "No you're wrong ok so don't even try to say it" I say he chuckles. "Why because I'm right" he says "because you're wrong" I say "I will say it it gives me a tingling feeling because it means I win" he says "you don't it gives you that feeling because you're wrong" I say. "Ha you are just...." I cut him off. "Shut up you're wrong" I say not wanting him to win he won last time. "I'm wrong for you being jealous" he says "yes you are sooooooooo wrong on many different levels" I say. "No for once you're wrong and for the second time I win" he says. "Brooke tell him" I whine like a kid to her. "Tell you're not jealous I can't do that because I would be wrong" she says "I hate you both" I say "for being right" he says "for being wrong and for Brooke not being on my side" I say Nathan laughs. "Shut up" I say "sorry babe but when I'm right I'm right and you have to just admit it I'm right" he says. "I won't admit anything because you are so wrong" I say "ok whatever you say" he says "don't play it that way" I say "I just agreed with you what do you want from me woman" he says "I want you to shut up" I say "fine" he says. "I know this game Nathan and I'm not falling for your little trick" I say. "Really now you are just being crazy because I'm doing everything you told me to do" he says. "Fine there I give in I was a little jealous" I say he smirks. "Nathan shut up don't say one word ok" I say "not saying anything but one thing I was right" he says. "Come on say it it's my birthday" he says "no you are not playing that trick on me" I say "hales" he says "you were right" I say.

There's a knock at the door I'm wearing my nice dress summery an not a lot of makeup my hair down. I open it "hey" I say he's wearing a blue button down shirt with jeans. "Hey you look great" he says then kisses me we go. We get into his car and drive to the place. When we get there we sit at a table. "Hi my names Jennifer I'm gonna be your waiter what can I start with drinks" she asks "water" we both say "ok" she says and leaves.

After an hour we finished our food and everything we're in the car on the way back. We get to the condos and go up he kisses me fiercely. Holding on to my waist tightly we get into his condo Tim went some where. He pushes me against the wall but lightly so he doesn't hurt me. He carries me to his room he lays me no the bed am takes off his shirt. He kisses me again I have a zipper on my dress he unzips it.
