The end

4 years later

"Jamie cmon we're going to watch...dad play his game cmon" I call out to Jamie. It's been 4 years Nathan's in the NBA...James is 4 years old now and I'm kinda a stay at home mom. "Coming momma" he says and comes over in his jersey he wears Nathan's bobcats jersey all the time I smile and take his hand grabbing my bag and keys and we leave.

We stayed in a hotel for the game and now we're going to watch it. I start the car and leave. I smile. Life's been great we finished school Jamie's a great kid...he's really smart also. And it's just great.

I'm soon at the place and we get out and go into there we sit front row waiting for the game to start flashbacks of high school and cheerleading run in my head we still live in tree hill in a big house beautiful. "I can't wait for daddy to come out" he says I smile. "Yeah...it'll be great" I say with a wide grin. The lights go down. And they announce who's playing and they start running out I see Nathan and I smile he sees me and smiles back with a wink. "There's daddy" Jamie says. "Yeah" I reply. Soon the game starts and Nathan's great as always it's amazing to see him like this happy playing basketball...having fun I love it...I love him. His jersey numbers still 23 of course.

We watched the game it's over. I get up and we wait for Nathan I'm holding Jamie in my arm. "Hey guys" I hear him I turn and smile. "Daddy" Jamie says. He kisses me and scuffles Jamie's hair. "Hey jimmy jam" he says. "You did great" I say. "Like always" he says cockily I roll my eyes. "So what'd you two do all day?" He asks as we walk. "Well...Jamie watched tv for a little and we just went for a walk and yeah not much" I say he wraps his arm around me. "Oh and Brooke said when we get back tomorrow she's coming to see us" I say he nods. "and Jillian too" I add. "There still a thing I keep forgetting that" he says. "Yeah...I just am waiting till he asks her to marry him already" I say he laughs. "Not everyone moves so quick hales" he says. "You did" I say. "And you aloud it so" he says we get into the car and go back to the apartment. We don't go to every game sometimes the games are further.

We get back to the apartment. "Mommy can I watch some tv?" Jamie's asks I nod he goes to the couch and watches tv I smile. "So...how was today?" I ask. "Good..." He says trailing off. "Lots of practice?" I ask he nods sitting down on a chair. I look at the time 7:54. I look over at Jamie watching tv. "He's such a smart kid...it's unbelievable" I say. "Yeah I know" he says. "So...he's almost turning 5 we have to find a good school for him" I say. "He's already that old" Nathan says I nod. "Ugh why...why can't he just be like 2 again" he says I laugh. "I know Nate but he has to go to school" I say he nods. "Yeah" he says. I sigh Nathan pulls me so I fall and sit on his lap. I look at him he kisses me. "I love you hales" he says. "I love you too Nathan" I reply. So the night goes on Jamie goes to bed at 9 me and Nathan stay up watching a movie and soon fall asleep as well.

It's the morning I'm packing up James's things Nathan is doing our stuff. I take his little bag to the living room area Nathan's already done. "Jamie cmon we're leaving" I yell out he runs out with his jersey one and his cape. "Ok we all good?" Nathan ask and we leave.

It's just a couple hours drive. I sit there watching the road. Jamie on his little game boy thing playing. "You ok hales?" Nathan asks glancing at me then back to the road. "Yeah...I'm great" I reply. He grabs my hand in the middle console and intertwines our fingers kissing my hand I smile.

It's been a couple hours and we're back in tree hill. He's just driving to the house. Jamie's asleep. He pulls into our house. "Jamie" I say lightly his eyes flutter open. "We're home" I say he smiles. And unbuckles his seatbelt and gets out I laugh. I do the same Nathan gets the bags and we go into the house. He puts the bags down and stands next to me Jamie runs to his room. "Home sweet home" Nathan says. "We were only gone for a week" I say he chuckles. "I know but it's still good to be home" he says and kisses me lightly I wrap my arms around his neck.

"Get a room you two" I hear familiar voice I pull away a and see Brooke I smile widely Brooke lives in New York and owns her own fashion company clothes before bros. I squeals an run up to her hugging her. "Brooke I'm so happy you're here" I squeal she hugs me bag. "I know...where's my Jamie" she says and we pull away from the hug I laugh. "Jamie come here" I say he comes out and smiles when he sees Brooke. "Aunt Brooke" he says and runs up to her hugging her. "There's my baby" she says. "No I'm not a baby anymore I'm 4 years old" he says she laughs. "Still young" she says. "Hey Jillian nice to see you again" I say he smiles. "Hey guys nice to see you too" he says. Brooke stand up from healing to hug Jamie. "We have something to tell you guys" Brooke says Jamie goes back to his room. "What" I ask. "We're moving back here" she says. My eyes widen and I smile. "Yes...oh my god that's great are you gonna make the company over here too?" I ask she nods. "I'm so happy...cmon in let's have coffee" I say they clothes the door and me and Brooke go into the kitchen. "So how aw you doing this are you guys moving in together?" I ask. "Yeah...it's pretty far in the relationship and all that and I'm thinking of buying...Karen's cafe since she's not here and it's selling and I thought I could put the company there and there's still one over on New York it's gonna be amazing and we've been looking for places and found a couple that look nice so yeah I'm really excited" she say I smile. "Me too everything's been great" I say. We keep talking they're gonna stay with us for a little because they found a place and they're buying it but they haven't gotten it yet and I'm just so happy. All of this has been great it's great to have Brooke back in our lives here. I'm just so happy for all of this.

"So they're staying here for a little...you happy Brooke's here?" Nathan asks we're laying in our bed I nod. "yeah...really happy" I say he kisses me. "We have the room all to ourselves no hotel rooms...so we can be by ourselves" he says and kisses me I laugh a little but kiss him back. I love him so much. He flips us so he's on top his hands on my waist. He kisses down my neck and slowly back to my lips. I run my hands across his bare chest. This is all amazing...I will never forget any of this...I love Nathan, Jamie Brooke and tree hill. This is where I made my memories and I'll keep making them here.
