Eirwen walked on away from the mess, and the overgrowing crowd. Seriously what a mess she just had to run into. Lately, that's all that has been happening to her home; Sun Diamond City. But could she really call it home? Shrugging the silent question off from her already busy mind, Eirwen glanced around her surroundings to see if she could at least spot her new partner, the Dogs set her up with.

They were apparently supposed to be waiting for her around that mess of toppled over buildings. But to no prevail could she spot the man. Yes a man, and man if her father were to ever find out the Government put her with such a man, there would surely be hell. But this was her decision too. She had a say in this too, right?

Sighing, Eirwen glanced around her once more, making sure no one would see what she was about to do. Since apparently the Syncers were not well liked throughout the City; even though they did their damnedest to protect these people, well she would just have to change that one day. Sucking in a deep breath, Eirwen called out her other program to surface, not bothering with the governments sync, but with her families.

The air kicked up slightly around her, and only her. A silent sound escaped from her hands, like a low whistle only animals could hear. Yet she could hear those silent whistling noises at the same time. Focusing on her surroundings, she sent her ability blasting away from her in silent inaudible noises. The vibrations lightly affecting the surface she stood, the wind around her died down to tiny swirls around her feet and pierced the ground when she found her target. When the tiny winds stabbed the ground it showed her where the said target was.

She tinkered with her goggles, setting the designation on them to her target and took off with silent steps.

The tiny vibrations that her ability made was making an invisible wave right before her. Only her eyes could see this tiny vibration, and her alone could she tinker with them. At least in her family that she knew of, and in the Program.

But there was a small miscalculation on how close the two where near one another

But there was a small miscalculation on how close the two where near one another. Eirwen ended up colliding into a smaller figure instead of her intended target, thus collapsing onto the somewhat paved road before them. The figure below Eirwen whined a little, another voice; male by the sound of it, maybe around the age of 11, came rushing over to their side. The male seemed to try and help the duo, but it seemed as if he was already wiped out from something before. Eirwen could 'hear' it from his voice.
