Chapter 4: In Danger

Ruby's pov

As me and my mother were leading the guys to our home, Donnie was asking us why were we in the forest. "Well let me explain, me and my mother used to live in the city of New York, but then we started to see these robot creatures called.." Before I could finish, Donnie finished for me, "The Krang" he said. "Yeah and me and my mother just wanted to stay safe away from them, so we started to live away from the city and we came here and made a home." I said. Once I finished, we arrived at our home. Our home was a small, well build, hut with chairs at the front porch and windows around the house.

"Welcome to our home." Me and My mother said at the same time. "Wow!" Was all the guys could say. "You guys have a nice place for a hut." Donnie said satisfied (FYI I am a nerd, so if you see words like this then just go with it XD lol). "Thank you Donnie." My mother said. "Won't you come in" I said opening the door for them to see the place. There was a big living room with a flat screen tv on a tv stand. It had two large white couches  and behind the living room is a beautiful white colored kitchen with silver counters. Everyone sat down on the living room couch. "So what about you?" My mother asks them. "What about us?" Mikey asks confused. "We told you why we are out here in the forest, now you can tell us why you are in the forest." I said looking at each one of them. "Well, it was a normal day for us, just doing what we usually do, and then we saw on tv that these evil robot people called the 'foot clan' has taken over the city this morning, then we went around the city to check it out." Leo said. "When we looked around, it was crawling with foot bots and then we saw this big statue of shredder.." Before Leo could finish his sentence my mother asked "Who's shredder?" "Well, shredder is our sworn enemy." Leo said. My mother nodded, then Leo continued. "And when we saw the statue, we were heading towards the lair, but then we got ambushed by foot bots. And when we got to the lair, shredder was fighting our Sensei and then shredder he.......he killed him." Leo said trying to hold back tears.

"Then we escaped to the forest, where the foot bots and shredder can't find us."Leo finished. "So I guess you guys are important to the city?" My mother asked them. They all nodded. "Will you excuse us." My mother said while her and I started walking to her room. "What's up mom?" I asked. "The boys say that they are important to the city." My mother told me. "Yeah." I said with a face that said continue-on. "Well, now is the chance to become rich" My mother said. (Oh I forgot to mention, Camethana is really obsessed about wanting to become rich) "What do you mean? How will we get money from them?" I asked my mother. "I could erase their memory and sell the information to scientists and we could get money!!!" My mother said shacking me. "Ok ok, but wait, they won't remember anything, not even themselves and they are our friends." I said. "But I am your mother Ruby, don't let me down, ok?" My mother asked me. I hesitated a little bit, then said "Yes mother." Then we both walked out of the room and back to the guys.

"We are losing our minds..."
