RV and airports Chapter 4

I decided to stick by Tyler's side this weekend and Cam didn't seem to notice which was a good thing but mom and dad sure did. "You like him?" My mom asked. I smiled and said "as a friend of course." My dad looked at me and asked "what about more than a friend, because he's a good guy and I trust him if you do end up dating." My parents ask if I like every guy I hang out with. "I'm going to walk around now, I'll see you later." I said before walking away

I walked until I found Tyler's garage and hung out there until the race was done, it was an amazing race and he was a close second to the number five who won this race. "Good try Tyler, you'll get the win next time." I said smiling at him. "I hope so, Cam wasn't doing so well though." He said hugging me. "Speaking of your brother." He said looking behind me. I turned around but no family member was behind me. "Brother?" I asked him. "We made eye contact, he looked mad then walked away." He said. "He probably thinks we're an item or something." I said leaning against the wall. "I do like the new truck better." I then said looking at it from up close. "Yeah, runs like a dream too." He says looking at it.

"You should go find Cam and tell him what's going on." Tyler said after a while. "Better make sure he knows you aren't cheating on Tiffany." I said before leaving and going to find my brother. "Cam?" I asked as the parents were somewhere. "What little sis?" He asked me. "Tyler told me that he saw you when we were hanging out." I said. "What's going on with you two why the hugging?" He asked. "He said something about you not doing so well in the race and then hugged me." I said.

"Nothing going on with you two?" He asked me. "No, nothing really I mean we did just meet and he has a girlfriend and there is my stupid boyfriend." I said. "So there could be, like if you to break up with who you are currently going out with?" He asked me. "If we like each other I guess." I said. Hali and our parents came back and I found Tyler and we decided to hang out some more. "Lets get to know each other better." Tyler said when we sat at the table. "Ok well i'll go first." I said 

"Well, I'm social, trusting, affectionate, self-controlled, observant, loyal, honest and ambitious my skills include gymnastics, painting, hiding, crocheting, hunting and sewing, my random interest include Ancient Greece, origami, blogging and science fiction books, my favourite animal is a bear my favourite season is summer my favourite time of day is night, my favourite day is Tuesday, my favourite colour is yellow my favourite flower is a snowdrop and my favourite musical instrument is a clarinet my flaws and weaknesses are I'm forgetful, short tempered, egocentric, impatient, overly dramatic, possessive of people and allergic to carrots, my motivation is to take a new direction on life, create a masterpiece, see new places, fall in love, get married and have children. I can't drive and I'm afraid of thunder." I said telling him everything about me.

After I told him all about me he told me all about him and we are kind of opposite. Just then lightning filled the sky with light and I attached myself to Tyler's terrified. He then cuddled up next to me "protecting" me. I couldn't fall asleep because of the thunderstorm but I did get a text from my brother saying that the storm will end soon. "Cam said that i should just stay here tonight if that's ok, i can sleep on the couch." I said. "You can sleep on the bed, i'll take the couch." He said. "Really, i don't mind the couch." I said. "We could always share the bed." He said before he carried me into the other room and gave me something to sleep in. "Ok, don't look." I said as i got changed. 

I woke up without someone cuddled next to me and wondered why until I heard two voices in the other room one has to be Tyler and the other one I would recognize anywhere as my brother. I listened to their conversation and by the sounds of it he just came to the room. "You found out her fear last night?" My brother asked Tyler. "Yeah, she told me then the lightning first appeared and she dove under the covers to hug my legs, and may I add very tightly." Tyler replied. "Did she tell you everything" Cam asked. "Yeah she can't drive?" Tyler asked him. "No, she can't although get her behind the wheel of a truck and she's faster than me." Cam said.

"I got under the covers and cuddled with her then we played some games on her phone until she finally fell asleep and then I fell asleep right away." He said. "She never falls asleep during thunderstorms." My brother said. "Wait, really?" Tyler asked. "Yeah really, we have done everything to try to get her to sleep since we were five and nothing." Cam said. "It's like I have a magic calming thing about myself when it comes to Jay." Tyler said. "Yeah, which is weird because I think her twin should." Cam said. 

I heard someone walking into the bedroom so i was fake sleeping. "Jaylee, wake up." I heard while someone was poking me. "Stoppppp." I said swatting the hand away. "Jay you need to wake up now." Tyler said. "Cam brought you your clothes." He said. "Noooooo." I replied. "Cam, she won't wake up." I heard followed by footsteps. "Jay, wake up or else." Cam said and i shot up right away not knowing what he would do next. "I am awake." I said. 

"Good morning sis." Cam said. "Morning Jay." Tyler said. "I'm hungry." I said looking from one boy to the other. "Let's go get food." Tyler suggested. "Why are you here Cam?" I asked as I went to get ready. "Just came to tell you that Mom and dad decided that they weren't going to stay any longer and have left while our flight is still the same time." He answered. "Alright, then anything else?" I asked him. "Hali went home with them and i brought you clothes." He said. "What should we do now?" I asked sitting on the bed. "Let's go watch the race." Cam said and so we did. 

We hung out around the track for the rest of the trip and it was fun and now we are saying goodbye at the airport. "Bye Cam, see you in April." Tyler said before Cameron turned to me and said "You have five minutes, be at our gate on time or you will be left here." Then he left to our gate. Tyler hugged me right after he left and we just stood there hugging each other not saying anything. "I have to wait a full month before I can see you again." He said. "Tyler is there something you want to tell me?" I asked him. "No, no I had a lot of fun on this trip and I hate that it has to end." He said before we said goodbye and I ran to get to my gate.
