Apartment Chapter 14

"When are we going to look at apartments?" I asked. "As soon as we get to my apartment." Tyler replied. "Should I start looking online?" I asked. "Yeah please." He replied. "We can look tonight." I replied. "Yeah sure." He said before Cam and Tyler went to do their thing. That night Tyler and I were sitting on the couch with my laptop and we were looking at apartments. "Tyler this one." I said clicking on an apartment I like. "It's two bedroom, with their own little wings coming from the living room which is a good size, and a nice kitchen." I said. "Two bed two bath." He said.

"Yeah, its a good size for two people, and has a washer and dryer." I said. "It's perfect." He replied. "Our first apartment." I said happily. "I'll call tomorrow, set up an appointment to look at it." He replied. "Yes." I said. I sat my laptop on the table and hugged Tyler tightly. "So now what should we do?" I asked. "Lets go cuddle in bed and watch TV." He replied. "I like that idea a lot." I said before we changed and got into bed.

Tyler almost won, he got a close second. "We are leaving tomorrow night." Tyler said laying on the couch. "Alright, are we watching the race tomorrow?" I asked laying on him. "Yeah we can if you want." He replied kissing my lips. "Alright." I said. I then fell asleep soon after while cuddling with Tyler. I woke up in the bed cuddles with Tyler somehow. I got out of bed and made breakfast. "Smells good, what is it?" He asked. "Bacon, pancakes and apple juice." I told him. "Apple juice?" He asked. "You have like nothing in here, I went next door and got some." I told him. "Ok, well I'm hungry so let us eat the food." He replied helping me get everything onto the table and we sat down and ate.

We spent the day hanging around the track and Tyler signing things until we had to go to Tyler's to look at apartments tomorrow. "Are you excited to see the apartment tomorrow?" He asked me. "Yeah I can't wait what about you?" I asked him. "Of course, it will be our first apartment together." He replied. I fell asleep for plane ride and I guess the drive to Tyler's house because I woke up in his bedroom. "Tyler, I'm hungry." I called out. He came into the room with cookies. "Cookies." I said loudly. "I'm guessing you may not sleep tonight." He said sitting on the bed. "Maybe, if I don't you can I'll just read or cuddle with you until I do fall asleep." I replied sitting up.

We watched TV until we decided to go cuddle in bed so we went and I guess my nap wasn't enough because I fell asleep soon after. "Babe, it's apartment hunting day." I heard in my ear. "We get to go look at our apartment." I said smiling. "We do." He replied also smiling. We got ready and went to go look at the apartment. "What if we don't like it in person?" I asked on our way. "We have others we can look at babe, don't worry." He said grabbing my hand. "Here we are, the first apartment."He said pulling into the parking lot. I then started to get excited because we were at the first location and I wanted it to be the only.

"Alright babe, come on." Tyler said and we went to go see the apartment. As soon as I walked in I could picture myself living here for a long time. We looked around and I fell in love even more after we got into each room. "I'll give you two some time to chat about this place, I'll be in my office." The person said before leaving us. "So?" Tyler asked. "I pictured myself living here the minute I walked in." I told him. "I can picture us living here." He said. "You don't have to move in." I told him. "But I want to, I really want to move in with you, or do you just want to live by yourself?" He asked.

"I-I-I didn't see you here with me, truthfully it was just me." I said putting my head down. "Babe, that's ok if you can't picture me living with you right now, I won't move in, I respect your decision and I-I-I-I-I love you." He said. "I-I love you." I replied smiling and hugging him. "So you'll move into this apartment, and be closer to me and all things NASCAR, and you can get a job." He said. "You aren't hurt I don't want to live with you right now?" I asked. "Of course not, I know how you feel I just want to get out of my parents place, we could be neighbours." He said lighting up then leaving the apartment.  

He came back with the lady and we signed for our apartments. "This is strange, I've never had a couple do this before." She said as we signed. "I'm just moving from my parents house in Canada but I'm not ready for Tyler to move in yet." I told her. "That makes a lot of sense now." She replied smiling after we went to her office to get out parking passes and keys then went to Tyler's house. "I'll start packing when you leave in a couple of days alright babe." He said as we went to snuggle on the couch. "That sounds nice." I replied. "That way I have more time with you." He told me. "Yeah, so are we going to hang out with your friends?" I asked. "We can tomorrow for now we should just stay here like this." He said so that's what we did. 

"I don't want to leave." I said when we were waiting for my flight. "I know but by the end of the week you will be here forever with me." He replied smiling. "But you won't see me this weekend." I said hugging him tightly. "I know, and I hate that but baby girl, we will live right beside each other and we won't have to worry about saying goodbye for more than a night." He told me. "I will see you Sunday?" I asked. "Yes, but who's staying with your brother this weekend?" He asked. "He's driving Hali and my mom is going at some point." I told him. "Just, be safe baby." He replied kissing me. "I will, you win this weekend." I told him. "I will try my hardest to win for you and me and my team." He replied before we kissed one last time and I walked to the plane after it was called.
