"Hey weirdo I made you food." I said waking Tyler up. "Oh thank you." He said after he was fully awake. "Well you kind of can't make anything yourself, although you're on your own when you have to go to the bathroom." I told him. "Fair enough." He replied. We ate then Tyler decided to go talk to the crew who were going to be packing up today so I struggled to help him get changed then changed myself so we could go. "Uh, do you want a shoe?" I asked him. "Yeah please." He replied so I put my shoes on then put a shoe on him and we got out the door. We stopped a lot because of the fans and I was happy to so I could watch him with his fans. "Do you mind stopping for them?" He randomly asked when the people left. "Not at all, I love watching you interact with fans." I told him. "Ok." He replied smiling. "Why the smile?" I asked. "Because you're amazing, you get that being a NASCAR driver comes with accidents, injuries and of course fans." He told me and I kissed his cheek. "Of course, growing up with Cameron Hayley makes you realize things." I said then we finally got to his garage.
"Hey Tyler's back although he's injured." One of the crew members said. "Yeah, I'll be out a couple of weeks." He replied. "I'll be by his side every step of the way so he can actually heal." I told them. "That's good, he needs someone like you." One of the other crew members said. "Yeah, well now more than ever." I replied patting Tyler's head. "Hey." He replied looking at me. "It's true." I said. "Ok, it is true." He agreed. "We should get going, we well I still need to pack." I told the crew. "Alright thanks for stopping by, we will see you when you are better." Doug said. "Yeah bye see you guess as soon as he is better." I replied before we left.
After I packed all of our things and Millard we went out to eat before going to the airport, I called ahead of time and told them about Tyler. We boarded the plane first and got to our seats the flight attendant helping me with the wheel chair. After the plane landed and everyone got off the plane it was our turn. "This is going to be weird." I said finding Tyler's truck. "Don't you have your car here?" He asked. "Not yet, my dad still needs to buy me a car." I told him. "Alright then let's go get your things to move in until I'm better." Tyler said. "Yeah, that's a good idea." I replied finally getting him into the truck and all of our things, then I drove us to my apartment got everything I needed and then we went to Tyler's apartment. "You need some help?" Tyler asked when he saw all the bags and suitcases in the back. "Yeah you need to keep Millard with you." I told him putting all of Millard's things and the cat on his lap.
After I got him into his apartment I started on my adventure to get suitcases and bags in the apartment. "Hey babe, Millard likes this place." I heard Tyler say. "Good, I hope he likes my place too." I said. "I'll miss you two when you two leave." Tyler said putting Millard on the bed before struggling to get on bed. "You need some help?" I asked after watching him struggle for a little while. "Please come help." He said so I helped him then left the room for a bit and came back with food and we cuddled in bed while eating. "I don't know what I would have done if you weren't here." Tyler randomly said. "Stay in a wheelchair not eating or bathing." I replied. "Yeah, I know." He replied kissing my forehead. "I'll miss you when I go home too." I replied resting my head on his chest and I started to play with Millard.
"Where's Tux?" I asked Tyler. "I don't know he's somewhere." He replied before I got up and went looking for the cat. "I found Tux." I said brining Tyler's cat into the bedroom. "Let's see if our cats like each other." Tyler said as I got on the bed and put Tux by Millard. Luckily for us they didn't mind each other which means Tux isn't being territorial. "Tux doesn't mind Millard." Tyler said smiling. "Good because Millard doesn't mind Tux." I replied. "One big happy family." I then said laying back on the bed as close to Tyler as I could get. "One big happy family." Tyler agreed. "I gotta go to the bathroom." Tyler then said. "Alright come on." I said getting off the bed and helping him. After we got him back on the bed and cuddling once again with our cats.
The next day while Tyler was sleeping I got a call from his mom. "Hello?" I asked. "Hi Jaylee, Tyler's doctor called us and he will need the surgery now, they thought it wasn't that bad but now that his doctor has looked at the X-rays they need to fix things." His mom told me. "Alright, do you have a date or should he call to make one?" I asked her. "It's the day after tomorrow." She told me. "Alright thank you." I said. "Your welcome darling send my wishes to Tyler." She said. "I will when he wakes up." I replied before we said our goodbyes.
"Jay." I heard Tyler call. "What Ty?" I asked him. "Who was that?" He asked. "You need surgery." I told him. "On my leg?" He asked. "Yeah, your mom just called and told me the day after tomorrow." I told him. "I'll be back with food." I told him. "Wait I gotta use the bathroom." He told me so I helped him get to the bathroom then got the food and helped him back on the bed. We ate breakfast in a nice silence on the bed looking at each other once in a while. "Is my leg worst than they thought?" He asked when I came back into the room. "Yeah, but you will be just fine." I told him. "How do you know that?" He asked. "You have to come back to me." I replied. "I'll come back to you and my family." He told me. "Good, I just don't want to lose you you've been my favourite since you started racing." I said. "What about Cameron?" He asked.
