Moving Again Chapter 28

I got my memory back a few days later and they finally let me go, my brother brought me my bags before they all left for the next race and my mom came to be with me until I was let go. "Are you ready sweetheart?" My mom asked. "I just want to go home." I said. "We will start our way home then." She replied. "I can't go on a plane." I said. "I know, I called the hospital and I sent the car here so we have it in the parking lot." She told me. "Alright." I replied before we started on our way home. "Jaylee." Maddison said hugging me when we finally got home. "You scared us Jay." My dad said. "I'm sorry, I got caught in seaweed or something and took too long trying to get loose." I said.

"Cam told us, but we are just lucky that our grandchild's father went looking for you because of Hayley and Erik." My mom said before our parents joined the hug as Maddison never let go of me. "About that." I said. "About what?" My mom asked. "I'm only a month along I don't think I want a child, like not with Tyler that would be too much." I said. "So what are you thinking?" My dad asked. "I'm thinking of getting an abortion." I told them. "If that's what you want." My mom said. "It is I can't deal with Tyler and Alexa for the next eighteen years." I said. "We can get you an appointment for tomorrow but we want you to read everything about abortion and what not." My dad said. "I will." I replied before going home and researching everything I needed.

"Alright Jaylee are you ready?" My dad asked when I opened my door. "Yes, I think so." I replied before Tyler called me. "Hey Tyler, how mad would you be if I got an abortion?" I asked. "I'd be pretty angry, why would you ever decide on that?" He asked. "Because it's your child." I told him. "So." He replied. "You don't understand, I can't be mad at you I could never be mad and having your child, seeing you all the time will be hard to do because of it and the fact that you're with Alexa." I told him. "Jaylee, I know this whole thing is hard but theres a reason you didn't do anything before knowing about the baby." He said and he is right, if I didn't want this baby I would have taken something to make sure it didn't come. "You're right I want this baby and I should be happy you will be in it's life." I said before hanging up. "I'm not going with it, but I want to be close to Tyler and Alexa." I said. "Maybe this will get you to kind of like Alexa being the step mom to your baby." My dad said. "Yeah maybe." I replied before we started to pack everything and then moved to Tyler's apartment building.

"Hey I saw you moving in and thought I'd, wait Jaylee." He said. "Hi Tyler I'm moving in." I told him. "For the baby?" He asked. "Yeah for the baby." I replied. "Thank you Jaylee." He said before hugging me. "I'm not doing this alone, and maybe this will help me kind of like Alexa if she ends up our baby's step mother." I said. "I think she will, I love you but it's Alexa." He replied. "I get that Tyler and I'm getting over you slowly." I told him. "Alright, that's fair I just hope you find someone who won't hurt you or our baby." He told me. "I will Tyler now I need to unpack." I told him. "Let me help, I swear all I will do is help unpack no beds involved." He said. "Well I could do it by myself but if you're offering sure come on in." I said and then let him in.

"Thank you Tyler." I said hugging him. "I'll be here for you and our baby." He replied. "I miss this, us but you're with Alexa and I don't want you to cheat anymore, for our child." I told him. "I won't, I promise." He replied. "Well I'll see you around." I said smiling. "Yeah of course, hey I'm going to be in this baby's life no matter what anyone says, I'm here for you always." He said before leaving. The next day I heard knocking on the door and I quickly opened it to see none other than Tyler and Alexa. "We want to tell my family about the baby." Tyler said. "You don't need to lay your eyes on me every single day Tyler." I told him. "Well Jay, I want to make sure you two are ok." Tyler replied.

"Not every day, if you come here tomorrow, I'm not answering the door or the day after tomorrow." I told him. "Well we need to tell everyone." He told me. "Wait until we know the gender please." I said. "If I can't see you, can we text?" He then asked. "Yeah sure we can just please don't make me stress this whole thing is already taking a toll on me." I told him. "Oh I'm sorry Jay, I should have talked to you before doing this." He said before they left and I closed the door.

"That boy is going to drive me crazy." I said to myself before I made myself food then watched TV and ate.

* three months later*

I stood in front of Tyler's door waiting for him to be ready for the appointment. "Come on Jaylee let's go find out the gender of baby." He said and we were off. "You really want to know the gender?" I asked. "Of course I need to know if you're going to have my little racer or my little princess." He replied which made me smile. "You're amazing Ty." I said and we were quiet the rest of the way to the doctors.
