You grinned, if this new job was going to take a lot of planning then this surely was something huge, and when it was something huge, it would bring quite the amount of money.”I’m liking this already, but this won’t be easy. The amount of guards have increased which will make the investigating a bit complicated.” The comment made them sigh.
“We know, but it is a chance that we shall make. I am quite positive that after this....job, you will keep your father happy for quite a while, he might even leave you alone.” Balthier added trying to make you feel better, which it sure did.
“Ha-ha, yeah yo. We can even stop for a while and enjoy life.” Reno laughed and from the glint in his eye, he could already see what the amount of money he would obtain.
“Well, we better hurry up and get moving. We’ll see you later.” With that said, Reno and the other males exited.
You were left there and felt useless, you enjoyed being outside planning and just knowing that you were missing some of the fun made you frown.

There was a small table just in the left corner of the room, and she placed them there. “Your mother came searching for you....”She remained where she stood and she did not turn around to look at you.”She knew you were here and she knew your condition, she just asked me to take care of you. S-she doesn’t want you back home.” Those words were said in a way that made you flinch. By the way she told them to you, it was clear she was pained as well.
Closing your eyes-the eye that was open- you breathed deeply.”I see.”
There was a small tugging at your unharmed arm.”She’s only doing it so that you won’t be hurt again.”
Laughing a bit you knew that, your mother really loved you and tried to protect you, but you hated the options she took. There were other ways to keep you both unharmed but she was just simply too blind.”I know, I just hate it when she does that. I’ve told her plenty of times that we would both feed ourselves without him, yet she refuses to let him go. She prefers the beatings than leaving the piece of excuse of a man.” You confessed.
She pursed her lips and there was a look of sympathy in her eyes.”I know, I just wish she could open her eyes and realize that she does not need him.”Then she shook her head.”Let’s just forget about all of this, it’s only making you feel even worse.” Standing up, she smiled.”I’ll go and get you something to eat.”
The past few 7 weeks were hell, Reno’s mother barely allowed you to do anything and it was killing you, just standing there doing nothing was a torture. Today, however, it was different. People walked from stand to stand of food and bought what they needed. What you needed was nothing but food, and a few vegetables.”What can I get you?” asked a lady who was frowning.
